This business uses good ingredients to make some of the best milk tea. If you've never tried milk tea, this is a decent place to try but beware of the ice.

Good milk tea. Decent service, minus the ice. Comfy lounge chairs. High chairs available. Cozy location. Very limited seating. Outlets available. Bathroom entrance is located outside. Small parking lot. There's a big table with multiple seats. Can become very busy.

Asaam Milk Tea is my favorite! The Asaam tea tends to be on the strong side, which is perfect when its delicious flavor profile is mixed with the perfect balance of milk and sugar. (Strong Asaam is best Asaam).

The flavor profile of the Thai tea is what I expect from a milk tea place, perfect and hard to mess up.

Croissant waffles (craffles) are tasty, they come with a delicious vanilla bean cream, I'm certain they use real vanilla; I think the vanilla bean cream is delicious and I'd like a cup of it to eat!!!!! I can't say much about the craffle itself lol (maybe add the vanilla cream to my Asaam :)

Cons: Limited space and seating. Could use more tables/seats, if possible. Limited parking. Like all their locations, limited ability to adjust sweetness. I ordered "less" ice but it looks like I got extra ice lol

Questionable city, one of the highest crime rates in the USA; I wouldn't bring my $2000+ laptop here to study or hang out because of the location.

don’t get me wrong. The coffee is good but lately they give you nothing but ice. and then they never have Boba don’t matter what time of the day it is they either ran out or it’s not ready and then they started charging to fill the cup all the way if I buy a large coffee, I expect it to be filled all the way, not 3/4 of the cup and then sometimes the girls right there. They have no good customer service, especially early in the morning I’m always a early bird. I’m always a third fourth car before they open and always for some reason the girls always have a little attitude I just want my coffee cup I even told the guy why didn’t they fill my cup all the way if I bought a large he said oh you have to pay extra for us to fill it up all the way first he told me they don’t fill it up all the way due to the concentration of it that they cant guarantee the flavor but if I pay extra, they can guarantee flavor with a full cup filled all the way that’s a scam not even Starbucks tierra mia or any other coffee chain do that not even 7 eleven lol 😂 seriously seriously if you’re gonna sell medium cups or large cups, fill them up all the way otherwise just sell, medium and small whats the point of buying a large if you have to pay extra now even for the medium, you have to pay extra to fill it up all the way 🤷🏼🙈I should put in a civil claim against them for scaming the customers imagaine how many people wouldn’t agree if you buy something you expected to be filled all the way not 3 quarters filled then if it is filled its nothing but ice 3 ,4 sips and nothing but ice...

Terrible customer service. There were 3 young ladies working September 15th @ 12:03pm and upon walking in none of them took a second to greet you which is fine is we are talking about going on a busy day/ rush hour but there was no one inside. One of the girls finally comes to take my order. When my order is ready they just call my name leave my drinks there and go back to chatting and once again not even a "thank you have a nice day" i go get my drinks and im standing there trying to ask for a cup holder and when I do all 3 girls just look and the one who brought me the cup holder just gave me an annoyed face (the one with tattoos on her face) like I was bugging her, keep in mind maybe they had a car in drive thru but it was not busy at all. She gave me the cup holder with the bag the cup holder stacks come in !! She seriously couldn't get the cup holder out the freaking bag!! If customer service isn't your thing then what are you doing there? I was excited to have a 7 leaves near by my house but I'll stick to going to Tierra Mia that's right across and...
