Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lyon Charter Township

I go to Little Caesars for my children and occasionally my mother. I personally believe that little Caesars is the dollar store of pizzas or the McDonald’s of pizza. There pizza if you wanna call it that I personally call it cardboard pizza. I have never once gotten a quality pizza from Little Caesars. The Westland store on Merriman Road between Joy and Ann Arbor Trail is absolutely horrid. They gave my daughter a burnt breadsticks, and a half baked overcooked pizza if that even makes any sense, but that’s the way it was. When I called the lady saying she was the manager would not give me her name so the only way I could describe her is a short, heavyset white woman at least that’s what I’m gonna color her. I don’t know what her pronouns are but she had a big back no neck very rude. She hung up on me three times when I went to the store she told me my posture and my voice was aggressive. Didn’t wanna deal with me called her so-called boss at 9:30 at night because she didn’t like my presence in her store. It could’ve been handled in a three minute phone call and I would’ve gave her a decent compliment if she would’ve, been a manager been an adult and took care of the situation but no, she made me come into the store after hanging up on me three times to give me an attitude and tell me I was wrong. The South Lyon little Caesars is a joke like the rest of them. I don’t know how you can burn a pizza and then sell it but if you order over the phone, tell them you want light bake or not overcooked they give you an attitude, the value for prices OK at best, depending on who’s working, you could get an attitude for just existing and being in their store, the only thing they have is their lunch special if you can stomach it and the garlic cream dip. They say everything is fresh hundred percent real cheese. I don’t buy any of that since they’re dough gets delivered from a refrigerated truck to a freezer and they warm it up to room temperature before they make the pizza sauce comes in plastic bags as does their cheese people like it for whatever reason I personally think all little Caesars locations are definitely dollar store McDonald’s value...

LAME, POOR MANAGEMENT I never write bad reviews but having such lousy service and repeatedly trying to correct it and having Little Caesars HQ just ignore us caused me to write this VERY BAD review. We have been getting pizza here for as long as they have been open or we have lived here which is 26 years. They messed up only twice. First time they fixed it no problem. This last time they refused to fix it and as the manager that promised a new pizza no longer works there, they just kept repeating "it's not in the book". They refuse to correct the problem and repeated calls to their headquarters they did nothing. They have lost us as long time repeat customers. They refuse to call us back or correct the problem in any way. I am amazed as we have been so loyal. I will tell all my neighbors and friends. Too bad, so sad they lose. Little Caesars headquarters gets the lame a** award, I can't believe they are run so poorly. They just don't care! Just pathetic, I will try Dominoes or Hungry Howies.....any suggestions on who has good pizza in South Lyon area please...

Sitting in the lobby as a customer I hear the manager repeatedly yelling about the stupidest things, and this is every time I've gone in. From movies to women he is loud, obnoxious and rude. I've heard him complaining about the job (saying how much he hates it where I can hear him. That gives me a lot of faith in the food he's actively making), his love life (or lack there of from what I've gathered, and it's hard to imagine why /s) and drugs! This is all in one visit too, while I waited for my pizza.

Good for the employees for being fine with being disrespected and just shrugging it off. But as a customer, that is ridiculous.

It's not hard to be respectful, but apparently this guy has to be obnoxious as his main state of being. He is clearly angry constantly too because he goes from 0 to 100 immediately and is yelling about everything! Maybe this guy shouldn't be in a position of power.

Turn it down a notch, have fun - yes - but it's still a job. One that this guy...
