I had an incident with security not knowing I wasn't supposed to enter the parking lot. I spoke with a manager as well as the employee and they were very nice and advised they will send to the store manager. He called me back the same day advised the security are not Jack in the box employees and they were with a company that was recommended to them. I advised they are still a representation of Jack in the Box. He advised he will speak to there employer. Very nice guy every encounter I had with the employees at Jack in the Box was awesome they handled the situation well is why I didnt post the review. Now last Saturday I go in the correct way to get to drive thru off the alley. I waited for an hour, security was still there smh ( no incident though). I get to the window and I wanted to play it safe, I ordered curly fries, jalapeño poppers, and tiny tacos. Everything was hard I was afraid I'd break a bracket on my braces. The poppers taste like they had freezer burn or an old taste they were not tasty. However that avocado dipping sauce was great I need to try that with some tenders or something. The order taker was nice. All in all it was not worth the wait. I thought to myself, I'll go back to try a burger bc it looked good on the menu. Went back (see i have gave them 3 chances bc of the customer service) to grab a burger, curly fries and chocolate cake. The burger and fries were mediocre nothing to brag about, however the cake was great. So I'd go back for the cake and the avocado sauce and bc the 3 ppl I spoke with were great! That's my review keep Jack in the box in the box.
P.S. if yall respond, how can I purchase a bottle of the avocado sauce or how much are the sauce...
Read moreWe waited around 30 min to place our order and an additional 1 hr to actually receive our food. They even stopped taking orders in the restaurant to prioritize the drive thru lane. You can tell the employees lack teamwork as they are all doing their own thing, not communicating effectively and do not know how to work in a fast paced environment. They also lack customer service, they had us waiting at the counter for around 10 minutes without telling us what was going on or why they cannot take our orders.
I understand with a new establishment comes excitement and anticipation to try the food. But I believe this location can better manage the employees and handle orders more efficiently.
Update: The servings are horrible. Not only did it take an hour and a half to get my order but they completely mixed it up with another customers order. They called out 3167 and gave the order to the family. Upon inspection the family noted it wasn’t theirs and took it back. The employees realized they called out the wrong number and was in fact 3157, so they gave me the food the family opened for me to eat. After waiting over an hour for this order I decided to bite the bullet and just eat it rather than waiting longer for my order to be remade, which I might add, the employees did not offer to remake they just handed it to me even after the family had inspected it, this is both unsanitary and unprofessional, do better Jack, now I can see why they were forced to closed all...
Read moreWent opening day July 21st after my boyfriend & I got out of work. We literally sat in the drive thru line for 3 HOURS! probably at least 20-25 cars ahead of us when we first got in line at 6:02PM.
You would’ve thought they would’ve had an employee handing out menus to the lines orderi g inside and the drive thru. Maybe that would’ve made the lines go faster once everyone got to the window/register to place their order.
My boyfriend got the munchie box (cheeseburger, curly fries, & the two tacos with an Oreo shake). I got the munchie box (the clucker sandwich, curly fries, two tacos and an Oreo shake.)
We also ordered two egg rolls to try.
First, let me start off by saying Arby’s curly fries are far more superior than theirs. The curly fries just don’t hit like Arby’s.
My chicken sandwich tasted like fish, the tacos were a little too seasoned and the egg rolls definitely did not taste like the ones you get at your local Chinese joint. & for my personal opinion, my boyfriend’s cheeseburger tasted like a burger you get from Wendy’s.
I think the only good thing about the $35 spent was the Oreo shake.
Let me also state that we have been to Jack in the Box in 2023 when we were traveling to the Gulf Shores & even then the burgers tasted just like a Wendy’s burger.
Definitely disappointed in the food. Once the lines die down, I will probably go back to try some other items on the menu but more than likely will not be a place I will be eating...
