Lets start with we walk in. Everyone turns and looks at us, doesnt say a word. We walk up to the counter the guy standing there says oh you just want a seat? We say yes and go back to where we were standing waiting on him and the other waitress to be done filling what im guessing is the ice in the cooler. Then he finally grabs the menus takes us to a table. Sit the menus down and walks away. As we are looking through the waitress comes to take our drink order and says she will be back. She comes back with our drinks and asks if we know what we want. We then ask her if they are still doing bottomless appetizers she says yes for just another couple days so we say okay we want that. She didnt explain which appetizers were on this or not. We discuss which ones we want i mentioned i would like the onions over the pickles and she states the onions are not part of that deal, I say okay we will do the pickles and cheese curds. She didnt say anything else wrote it down and asked if we knew what we wanted for a meal we stated we did not. The rest of our meal went okay, besides the ungodly amount of money their food is set at š£. We eat our appetizers and ask for a refill. She ignored our request for appetizer refill and said oh I need to go get your food in a minute and walked away. She finally brings our food and we again ask for a appetizers refill. She says okay and puts it in. We finally got our second tray of appetizers after we were done with our meals. So we ask for boxes and our check. (This part is my fault because i usually always look at the check and i didnt) We get up and go pay, my other is paying and i walk up behind and grab the check to look. She had charged us twice for the appetizers. I ask why are you charging us twice? She says oh the cheese curds arent bottomless. Why exactly would she not have mentioned that when she had mentioned prior that the onions were not part of that deal? We do not go to this place often because its not one of my favorite restaurants (there is just something about the atmosphere that i do not enjoy there, although the food always taste great and cooked well just not my cup of tea) but my other and son really wanted to go. But after this experience I definitely will not be back. $90 for 3 people because of a double charge of appetizers that were supposed to be bottomless...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI eat at this local BWW's a handful of times throughout the year. I went last night and thought it was time for a review. Check it out:
PROS: -Wide variety of sports on multiple televisions. They definitely mastered the sports bar environment. -Allergy & Nutrition menus are available upon request and they communicate well the ingredients to everything they sell. -Very rarely have I had a waiting staff member do a horrible job. 99.9% of them are friendly and do a great job serving. -The sweet tea get and 8 out of 10. Plus, they will send you home with a "to go" cup. SCORE! -Large selection of wing sauces. -Large selection of drinks. -Fun interactive game tablets (currently for free) -Phone app that allows you to earn points and earn free food. GREAT APP! -Desserts look and taste incredible. -I am gluten free and I have options here. Not a large variety of options, but I still get some good food. -Clean environment; clean bathrooms!
CONS: -Sometimes you get some really good wings and other times you get the "bottom of the bag." Small, puny wings. I hate it when I get them because it doesn't feel like I got what I paid for. -The televisions (although they have a wide selection of sports) can be an easy distraction from human interaction. Probably not the best "date night" if your significant other wants your full attention. -Very noisy environment. The more crowded it is, the louder it will be. -This location has done away with UFC fights. BUMMER! -Their french fries have come out cool or cold more than once. -Food prices seem a little on the high side.
All in all, I will and do return to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt was was horrible! We are from out of town and I made a reservation on Opentable and received a confirmation like I always do when making reservations through this portal. They did not honor our reservation even after I had called 2 days earlier to make sure everything was good for our party since it was Easter....At that time all was fine and the girl I talked to confirmed our reservation. We called at 6:30pm the day of to see if we could move our reservation earlier and they told us we could not come at all because they had decided to close early. We drove over & I went in and the āhostess/managerā told me they would not seat us. The dining room had people in it, but there was plenty of room for us. She proceeded to tell me we had no reservation and that they would not seat us. I showed her my reservation and confirmation number and she still lied about us not having a reservation! I donāt think this Buffalo Wild Wings should be on Opentable anymore as they OBVIOUSLY do not care about the people coming to their establishment! Chloe & Chloe, as they claimed their names were, should be given a lesson or two in how to treat their customers! While we were in the parking lot trying to find somewhere to eat at least 8 other parties of people drove up and were turned away....absolutely horrible!!! We eat out a lot and this is the worst I have ever...
