Burger King — Restaurant in Macomb

Went last week and used to app to order ahead and drove up to the drive through. No one responded at the main drive through kiosk where you can see the menu and talk to them. Drove on up to the window and CLEARLY stated my last name and order number. The young female that answered (complete with mouth jewelry) and quickly handed me a very full bag but no drink. She had already closed the window. I checked the bag and saw onion rings on the top. Onion rings were not part of my order. I tried to knock on the window to get her attention and she came back all flustered and asked me “what” - I said you gave me the wrong order. I repeated my last name and order number and she clearly got frustrated and hollered back inside for help information about my order. Then an older male (who was nice) came to the window and asked me again about my order. (She already took back the bag for someone else). I said”You know what, I’m going to cancel my order because I don’t like “her” attitude.” I also did t want an angry employee preparing my order for fear of some kind of retribution. He nicely told me they couldn’t cancel my order and to do it through the app. I drove away and went to McDonald’s. I went through the app and opened a ticket but the Burger King system told me I could not get a refund and they would forward the issue to the local franchise owner / operator. I’m still waiting for a refund for an order I did...

Burger King is usually a bit of a gamble. After my last visit, I won't be going back for a while. I ordered for 7 people on the app and went to go pick it up. A lot of the food I purchased was missing and incorrect. I would have given less stars, but I was able to get some of my money back. Also, why offer burgers for breakfast if the staff is going to be rude and fight you if you order a Whopper in the morning?

I would love to add this little gem to my review. It's a little upsetting that they only hire illiterates. My order was no mayo. Written on the wrapper? No mayo. What was on my burger? Mayo! This almost trumps the time I asked for no bologna on my subway sandwich and they put only bologna.

Thankfully I'm not allergic to eggs, but the next mistake like this could actually kill someone.

Thanks for being garbage dump and deliberately getting orders wrong! Hopefully they fire everyone there right now and hire people who are competent, but being a college town I won't...

My husband and I have been going to burger King every other Tuesday morning . For the last three times my croissant s/e/c has been cold the croissant it self is so hard. Also when we went there today I noticed that they had about 10 of the croissant sandwiches already made that was just sitting on the counter not being in the warmer to keep warm there was no one in the lobby for them to have to have them made already. To me they should not be made until you order. I know that this is from a year ago but wanted to add to it we was in here today we got two bacon egg and cheese biscuit and three drinks when I went to get ice the pop machine where the ice comes out of looks like someone spit a lot of snot on it the tables are always dirty even to the floor . They need to clean the place better and stop going outside to sit a smoke pot . I'm sorry but need better service if you want to keep...
