Arby's — Restaurant in Macon

I was in yesterday, Sunday, the 11th of June around 3 pm. The service was seriously lackluster and the food. Oh Lord Awful. I got the original beef and cheddar. I should have taken a photo. The sandwich was nothing like advertised. Hardly any roast beef and the bun was soggy. The sandwich was a 1/4 of what the photos all over the store shows. And the orange cream shake, almost $5 for a 20 oz shake. I should have gone across town to the QT much cheaper and just as good. I ate inside so you would think they would have been more friendly and accommodating but they weren't. It was like we were disturbing their siesta. Our bill was $30 for 2 of us. Are you kidding me? Last I checked Arby's is still "fast food". I could go to Applebee's or Outback and get a real $15 meal Only good was the cherry turnover. I asked for a few packets of Arby's sauce as I don't like getting from the universal pump especially w covid still around and I got 2 packets. Seriously for $30 is it asking too much for 5 or 6 packets. This was an EPIC FAIL in my book. I won't be going to this Arby's anytime soon and you shouldn't either. Don't waste your money when the competition is right there and you will not spend $15 a person. And bring back the potato cakes will you as the curly fries are...

Staff were rude, they don't take normal sized trucks through the drive through only cars. When you get to the window you get no answer ,there aren't signs posted up letting you know that you need to drive to the window. Which I did do ,and waited 5 mins while being ignored. Once I pulled up to the door to let my cousin out, the drive through employee,took it upon herself to tell me that I needed to move I was blocking the drive through. I was most certainly not. I asked her if she could answer the drive through, and she stated in the rudest tone "we dont take big trucks you have to drive around to the window" (paraphrasing her broken english) I moved no problem. 0/10 will not eat there again. When I did eventually walk inside to ask my family member a question the manager eye balled me and asked me again with a rude tone,"may I help you with something " I'm not normally a Karen, but there weren't any signs or warnings that driving a standard civilian truck through the drive through isn't allowed. Not to mention the inside was filthy and smelled musty. 100 percent thought about calling corporate, but her bad day isn't...

Can somebody please tell me when two potato cakes and a jalapeño roast beef slider became $12.41. And I thought maybe the lady rude lady at the window Maybe had my order confused with the person behind me so I said ma’am I only got two potato cakes and one jalapeño roast beef slider that’s it. She said I said it’s 1241. It’s actually 256 right now so that probably happened about 113 114 she was rude. She didn’t even wanna look at the register and check to see if she had the wrong order so I politely told her to keep it and drove off $12.41. I’m gonna go get a full meal deal somewhere.
