Checkers — Restaurant in Macon

Bad customer service. First and last time to visit checkers. Orders are taken and made one at a time. Doesn't seem normal. I thought that maybe they had thought I was with the person in front of me and didn't need to order, so I let the worker know that I also needed to order. She replies with an attitude that she knew that and closed the window. Another guy then locked it.

Also, there are windows for order and another for pickup. Instead of worker walking to pickup window, to deliver order, they make the customer (who is waiting at the pickup window) walk over to order window to pickup their food. This causes those waiting to order to have to awkwardly backup into each other. If you aren't going to use the pickup window, get rid of it to eliminate confusion.

I visited this particular Checkers in Macon on Pionono Ave. I placed an order for three ice cream cones and asked if they could please put them in a cup because I was driving and didn’t want to eat it right then. I was told at first they couldn’t give me an cup then I proceeded to say I’ll pay for the cup ( like a water cup maybe .25, oh no they gave a small clear cup for each causing me to pay just over 10.00 bucks for three ice cream cones. I am a uber eats driver I came there last night to pick up a delivery I stood at the window no one came there to help me I stood there for minutes at a time they acknowledged me every time I came to the window they prepared orders for drive through but never came where I was so I was forced to cancel my trip due to excessive wait time so I didnt get paid the night shift workers need to DO BETTER and I say this because they knew why I was there because my first mistake was going through the drive through and the lady instructed me to walk up to the window just for her to not help me or give me information...
