Manager forces the employees to play the penny anny game I call it. Some people don't want condiments and the manager limits the condiments per item but if you have 2 whoppers and 2 large fries and you need extra ketchup they only give you 4 ketchups for the two fries and refuse to give more so you have to ask for ketchup for each whopper too. Condiment limits only saves a few dollars per day but costs the business a lot of lost customers when people are willing to pay for the extra condiments as long as they charge everyone else for extra condiments. Plus soft drinks are given free to the restaurants and the restaurants just have to pay for the cups and they are supposed to provide the amount of soft drinks to fill each cup WITHOUT any ICE and they are overfilling the cups with ice and they are ALWAYS getting my drink order wrong and the women who are getting the food expects you to take the WRONG DRINK instead of just getting the correct drink and NO ONE ever repeats the order back to you and if you ask for extra ketchup for something that has ketchup already on it, they ALWAYS ask you to pull up and they make your cheeseburger with a tiny drop of ketchup instead of the regular amount of ketchup and the extra ketchup just replaces the ketchup that they removed from the cheeseburger. The employees are nasty and the atmosphere is nasty and I will have to go across town to a better burger King which won't...
Read moreStarting the new year off with rude, disrespectful people who work at this Burger King. Do not ever expect a warm and friendly greeting from this crew of losers. After some terrible listening skills demonstrated in taking my order where I admit getting a little frustrated having to repeat myself seVeral times, I was greeted by cold silence and deadly stares by the young lady taking my money. After she handed me my receipt I paused to see if she would say thank you or have a nice day like is expected in all walks of life. Just silence and mean looks. So I asked her if she was going to say thank you or have a nice day. She just said, What... like, what do you want from me? The lady handing me my food was also silent. No greeting. So I asked to speak to the Manager, a white lady with reddish hair. Same thing. No hello, how can I help you. I explained the situation and she had no reply. Then the second lady came in again interrupting and yelling at me. The manager let her do this and chimed in herself saying "We don't owe you anything.! I asked her if she was trained to not greet customers and yell at them. She just said, I have to go help other customers. i will be talking to the owner about this one. He or she should be humiliated publicly for hiring such mean and abusive people. These people have no honor, no self...

I was disappointed with the service at this Burger King location. Our group of 5-7 kids, celebrating a birthday, wanted to learn how to purchase their own food and understand handling change. We asked the manager, Angelica (who didn't initially provide her name), if we could give each child $8 to buy their own meal and learn from the experience. However, she refused our request in a somewhat unfriendly manner.
The other customers in the restaurant at the time seemed to appreciate our effort to teach the kids about handling money, and they appeared disappointed and surprised by the manager's response. We regularly visit this Burger King on Sundays to celebrate special occasions, and it's unfortunate that the manager didn't see the value in this learning experience for the children. Despite the potential boost to revenue, the manager seemed uninterested. Hopefully, in the future, the staff will be more accommodating to requests that benefit...
