Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Macon

12 is the number of minutes I waited on the phone after the guy at the store answered the phone but never spoke to me. Domino’s claims they record conversations. I hope so because I couldn’t completely make out what the employees in the background were discussing. I got most of it, but I truly hate missing out on any piece of a conversations involving me—especially when I am meant to be who you’re answering.

Update: Apparently if you click through using the “review your local Domino’s on their site, it never gets posted. But something tells me that will suddenly change soon.

I’m going to just make this review a real time commentary where I respond to every claim the message has looped for the last 21:38, 39, 40 minutes. This is the 2nd over 20 minute message loop—the last call ended with a guy answering then hanging up on me.

“Want to save time? Go online and create your pizza profile.”

Does pizza profile work as well as the online ordering and phone calls?

“Your next order is just minutes away!

No it isn’t. But the guy finally answered the phone. He’s just not saying anything. Seriously.

Have you tried Domino’s pizza twists, cinnamon bread sticks?

I haven’t tried anything because no one will answer the phone nor deliver my delivery.

“We’ll take you to the edge!”

Unless that’s The Edge, the only edge I’ve seen so far is the edge of my patience.

I hope so! I hope it’s especially recording now because I’m staying on the phone until someone hangs up on me again.

I don't like to give negative feedback. But many times, I have been to this Domino's, over the years, and the same thing has happened. It was Friday night, and there was only one overwhelmed employee working the oven. Cutting pizzas on top of a stack of unfolded boxes. There were probably 8 or 9 orders under the heat lamp, and she began placing orders on the shelf above the heat lamp. After standing there for almost twelve minutes, an employee finally came to the register only to clock out and leave. Then, several times, two employees walked by, saw me standing there, and never acknowledged me. Seemed like there was only one delivery driver because of what he said, "they better get somebody else to come in tomorrow morning because after taking these orders, I will not be back until after 11:30." Which was when I decided to leave, turned to the customer behind me, and said good luck, I'm going to Papa John's. The counters needed to be cleaned, and the pizza prep area was a disaster. I don't normally go here because of similar scenarios, but obviously, this place has manager and general management issues. It's hard to believe Domino's stock trades for around...

So when I called I asked if the chicken wings were on the mix and match deal and was told yes so I ordered some buffalo wings and cheese garlic bread. And also asked for a marinara for my bread and a ranch for my wings. I got a call back saying the chicken wings were not on the pair deal and the price was higher than what I was quoted so then I asked to have it changed to the buffalo bites and that's where the problem began I waited for over an hour and a half to get my food finally when my food arrived my cheese garlic bread was just cheese bread and I got the chicken wings the driver told me the price I was quoted before my order had changed if I didn't wait for so long or think that they would tamper with my food I would have raised a stink instead of just giving them only two stars I did get sauces however. Wings were incredibly small maybe two bites per bone and I got garlic on the side of my cheese bread and blue cheese instead of ranch two stars and you...
