My hubby had to go back twice. The apples in the apple pie was hard as a brick they didn't get none of our order right. And my sweet tea was sour and it was unsweetened they're too busy With attitudes up there. We had got chicken nuggets 3 10 pieces, drinks, fries cheeseburgers and the chicken nuggets the 10-piece chicken nuggets and fries meal was so saturated with old grease our kids did not want to eat it they are crying don't want to eat it so I called Kiara Akira and she said she was going to talk with her manager or her boss name Terry which is a lady but we are disappointed because my husband went up that two times to get this food right and they keep giving the same nasty taste in food if they need to change the grease out why don't they go ahead and change it because they know doggone well that is not going to be right why they do that then they get an attitude and they don't want to fix your food over they don't want to give you a refund I would advise anybody don't eat that stuff if it's like that because it would make you sick to your stomach. The manager kiara called back and said her GM said to call her tomorrow before 2 p.m. because she don't know what she's going to do. I'll tell you guys what it does not make sense. Read moreI think I just found the BEST McDonald's in America. Seriously. I travel for my job 100% so I eat out a lot. And I love McDonald's breakfast, its the best. Well I came to this location a couple weeks ago and the drive through was packed. Maybe 10 cars. I didn't want to wait but I really wanted their breakfast so I decided it was worth it. Well to my surprise the line went SUPER fast. And the lady on intercom taking my order was so nice and polite. I was In and out in like 2 min. It was crazy. So today I wanted breakfast again and I remembered how fast and easy it was at this particular mcdonald's so I decided to go. Something this time when I get there today. Drive through was packed. Had 9 cars in line....but just like the time before I pulled up to intercom, the lady took my order, which she was so polite and kind. I had to tell her that I think they are the best McDonald's ever. She thanked me and I pulled up to the next window to get my food and again....the lady handed me my food was also so polite and kind. It's crazy,honestly. This team here works so well together. It's amazing. This is the way I wish every customer service based company worked. These ladies are definitely headed for bigger things. Read moreCame in for a Mc Cafe latte and the line was crazy long. That’s because they had one register open at the counter handling all the transactions for the lobby and the drive-thru. At least they had a manager working the counter. Except, she took my order and did not provide a receipt because they were out of register paper. After a ten minute wait for coffee, the woman in the drive-thru, who had now walked past me dozens of times on the way to make change, asked me what I was waiting on. I told her my order, since I don’t have a receipt, unto which she stated their machine was broken and had been for days. Also she did not know why the manager would have even rung it up knowing the machine was down. So another ten minutes standing in line waiting on a refund. 25 minutes of my day wasted trying to get an overpriced $4 cup of joe. Shame on you McDonalds for giving that store a franchise. If they cannot live up to the standards set forth by all the other McDonalds on the planet they should not be allowed to face with customers directly when representing the Golden Arches.
