I ordered a simple order tonight. 2 large pizzas and a 2 litter. My email said my pizzas would be delivered by 9:40, a little over an hour later. It's now 10:06 and according to their tracker the pizzas are just NOW being made. So my order is way late and when trying to call the store I just get a call center who put me on hold in order to contact the store to see what's going on, but I've now been on hold for over 45 minutes. My mother even tried calling on her cell phone while I was left on hold with our home phone and they are doing the same thing to her. We don't even know when we are going to get them or if they are even going to come since they are already so late but no one from the store has bothered to contact us to let us know what's going on or to at least apologize for our delivery being so late. This is the worst experience with Pizza Hut that I have ever experienced! There is no direct way to call their store, you can only contact their generic customer service center. After waiting on hold for over an hour someone from the actual store finally answered but offered no compensation what so ever for the now 45 minute late delivery. Terrible...
Read moreI want to put ZERO. I ordered delivery again last night and my order wasnt complete. I spent $84.37 for my delivery order. After the delivery guy had left i realized then that my order was missing 2 items. Immediately i called the Store 2 times last night to let them know that i wanted to get those 2 items delivered. Everyone can make a mistake, but after being told twice that they would be on the way and never showed up. Then again tonight after several calls and being on hold over 45 minutes combined this evening to resolve this..... This is totally unacceptable, unsatisfactory, and unexcusable to have to go to such lengths. Even the manager never got on the phone and spoke to me after i requested in 2 calls to speak to them. I see they do not care about Customer Satisfaction at All. I am Sure Papa John's would have been appreciative to have a 84.00 order plus 10.00 tip. I know Next Time Who To Order From. I am a dasher for DoorDash and she stated to me she need me to confirm my order before she can give it to me I told her that I am not allowed to confirm order unless I have received the order but I went ahead to confirm order so she can hand me the order to get the other customers out the way. Once order was confirmed she went to next customer I asked her can I get my order I’m on a time frame and I have already confirmed the order so the customer think I am in route with they order and she started yelling and then stated she was not giving me the order at all. I asked her how could she not give me an order that is no longer hers and why would she have me confirm it to say I can’t get it.
