Shark's Fish & Chicken Chicago Style — Restaurant in Macon

HORRIBLEEEE EXPERIENCE I have shopped here numerous times n the quality keeps getting worse. What really took the cake was this salad they sold me on my way to work. Not only was the salad brown, they fried the fish when I asked for grilled, put it in a styrafoam container when its normally came in a clear container, then they put a piece of paper with hot fish on top so the cheese melted and stuck to the paper. I tried to call and speak with them not to get my money back but just to let them know they sold me a horrible product and when he put his Dad the owner on the phone he was rude yelled at me said that I shouldve had them fix it while I was there. I explained that I was in a çab so thats why I called it ahead I didnt have time for them to grill my fish. I didnt notice the brown lettuce and stuck to paper cheese until i got to work which was 3 mins away. To top it off he hung up in my face. I was so irrate with the total disregard for my satisfaction that i will not being returning to this location. I will give my business to the location on Mercer or another establishment. I understand his son was new cause he couldnt even find the buttons to ring me up but with that considered he should have been trying to show him proper...

SMH and 🙄! Ordered through Grubhub; 1st thing I noticed was the only SF&CCS listed was Rockycreek Rd. It's a distance from my home, and there is another store much closer that I usually frequent, but this was the choice. But, since I've been craving Grouper from Sharks, I placed my order for a dinner that included "Cajun Rice." In the notes, I requested extra hot sauce, no sprinkling of the seasoning they top their meats with; neither happened. OMG, when did 'yellow rice' become "Cajun Rice?!" The rice had absolutely NO seasoning - not even salt. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was sold Talapia, NOT GROUPER! If I continued squeezing the hush-puppies, I would have come up with at least a half teaspoon of oil. I won't describe the side of mushrooms😮‍💨. It should be obvious, but I'll let it be known that I was highly disgusted and disappointed with my experience with this...

It's delicious food. They always cook it on order so you never get old cold food. You only get fresh hot delicious food. You can get one large Dinner and share it. They always make sure to ask you what you want on the order like lemon pepper salt or do you want a container of hot sauce or do you want tartar sauce or ketchup. They always make sure that you get the condiments that you want so you don't forget and leave without the needed condiments. I like watching them batter the cat fish fillet and they place it gently on the bottom of the deep fryer container so that it doesn't get broken. They also always manage to get the piece of catfish into the to go container without breaking it. I don't know how they do it. When I get home and try to get the piece of catfish out to share with a family member then I usually end up breaking the fish...
