Ryan is the absolute best. Just thought you all should know. He worked at another Starbucks location on the other side of town and then I moved. Then, BOOM! There he was again. Your energy is contagious. A great employee with a lot going for him in this industry. Already loved this store, but you being present makes it a lot better. Been coming here for over 12 years never did a review though, if that tells ya something! Flawless customer service is rare.
Update 7/15/2020 Was having a terrible day and still got exceptional customer service as I was taking phone call after phone call with work in the drive-through. Everything that could go wrong went wrong today and even as I tried to pay with a Starbucks app it was acting up I connected it to Wi-Fi and it still wouldn’t work but the barista named Jada had a wonderful personality and brighten my day. It is a little thing sometimes that brings people back to a company. I’ve been coming here for the last 13 years of my life and every experience Different as managers barista’s and leadership came and went I have witnessed it all. Even From the start of the pandemic, I can tell a huge improvement in attitude and over all the morale of the store. Jada you did a fantastic job today and I’m very grateful thank you for the experience that will keep a customer coming back.
8/9/2020 Another great customer service experience with Chris and Ryan awesome Guys awesome attitudes Great way to start my day had to come back later for more coffee Definitely not the same experience from which ever lady was working the window difference between these guys and some of the other coworkers is night and day. I like the morning shift people they have better attitudes and make you feel at home where as the later shift makes you feel like it inconvenience. Kudos to Chris and Ryan. Chris’s name tag says SIR. His personality alone will let you know who he is, regardless. Ryan may just be on the intercom and you’ll know who you’re speaking to when you put your order in because he is the utmost example of quality customer service and people who care about their workplace.
By the way night shift crew if someone’s app does not act right at the window it’s the app not the customer there’s something wrong with the Starbucks app sometimes. It will pull up at the intercom and say error by the time you get to the window because of the wait. However, to treat a customer like they are inconvenience because of technology advertised and produced by your company is shameful. Some of you all need to work on your customer service and realize that you work at a great place with customers who are normally in a good mood don’t spoil it because you don’t want to be there.

Was pleased to chat with Tyler who was kind and willing to interact. I placed my order and waited for about 10 minutes. I got my first drink which was a Mango Dragon fruit Lemonade with extra inclusions. There were only 5 pieces in the drink when I kindly asked for more. I was dismissed by the hot bar barista and told that she did put extra. After two minutes of back and forth she gave me more. Then I watched as she pulled Tyler back onto the floor to make my second drink because she didn't want to. I would have loved to supply other names, but none of the employees had name badges on (I overheard Tylers name).

Showed up and attempted to get a inhouse beverage, sign showed pick up only (inside was closed). Attempted to put in mobile order, but it would not complete payment. Drove to pickup line and the person in front of us was served. We were told they were closing for deep cleaning. We explained that we had tried to order for the last 20 minutes and no one was behind us. Still, we were told they were closing for deep cleaning. We were not able to make a purchase.

It was so hot in the few seconds her fingers were in the stream that it caused a burn. When I politely suggested a sign warning customers of hot water I was met with an angry response of "if you turn the faucet to the right, its cold." Yes...I know that. Thank you for your rude remark and glaring look. And twice I was rudely told they were working on it. No "sorry"...no "that's a good idea and we should do that while we work on the problem".
