McDonald's — Restaurant in Madera

My last review did not post for some reason but this McDonalds in terrible. The staff is rude, and unprofessional. During one of my visits I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. While I was in line my husband called about a family emergency. I pull through to pick up my food and kept the windows up due to the personal nature of the conversation I was having. I assumed that I would see the cashier when she was ready to hand me my food. While I’m talking I look over and the cashier was standing in the window starring at me. At that point I rolled down the window and she continued to stare. I gestured for her to hand me the food so she handed me my bag, but she withheld the bottle of milk that I ordered for one of my kids. I then looked at her and gestured for her to hand me the milk, after standing there for a few seconds she handed me the milk but never said a word. I then pulled out the line and onto Howard road. When I looked over the same cashier was in the window and she made a gesture out the drive thru window and my car that was either a peace sign or a middle finger. After I hung up with my husband, I called McDonalds to complain and asked for the manager. The manager didn’t want to give me the employee’s name or her own name. Eventually she said that the employee was named Esmeralda and she would talk to her about the incident, but I don’t believe that was the employee’s actual name. McDonalds. Home of the obese, overweight, and fat people. Before I begin, heres a “fun” fact! In Somalia people are dying because they don’t have enough to eat. In America, people are dying because they are eating too much! All thanks to McDonalds! Not to mention that the food and especially its french fries are all artificially made and given to the public. Reports of people becoming extremely sick and in a rare occasion, death. Many complaints of people having defects in their food and in the past, the infamous, cancer inducing, pink slime. The food is HIGHLY unhealthy to consume. Prices are horrible, while the food is exaggerated in view. As shown to the left, have a look at the commercial, and then look at reality. I see a difference, do you? McDonalds is also a place where you should expect a roach or two in your quarter pounder and a dead rat in your child’s happy meal. Now, about. horrible. Just horrible. People you’ve seen on a wanted poster for a massacre you just might see at McDonalds. Im not saying eating there, Im saying he’s serving you your food. And how could I forget! The food itself! Everything from the patty in your big mac to the chocolate in your McFlurry is ALL artificially created. Straight from your local farms?! More like straight from your local processing factory! In the end, McDonalds is a place of people fueled by corporate greed. My rating on this so called “Restaraunt”, is 1 wait, no, not even 1 star! 0 stars...

The food was good like always but to many employees talking in the background while making a order on drive thru 07/17/2023 Update; Do to McDonald’s or Google they’ve their comments/review window off; So I’m going to add this to my old review. The food is good there’s no complaints there and the remodeling was well executed, clean and sleek, However they took the self service fountain drink station from the dining room to the back. 2) their menu/service monitors were so small that I couldn’t read the damn thing even with my glasses. A few senior citizens were having trouble looking at the menu and I even felt bad but luckily the kid at the cash register help them. And McDonald’s is getting pricey to the point that’s I rather go to Carl’s Jr. for those kind of prices. I only gone to McDonald’s because it was a close perimeter to my house. What they should do at least but not limited too is to keep the homeless from the front entry door. They could always call the non emergency number for assistance. The workers in front need to at least Passover the table with a clean damp towel when customers leave, it doesn’t take-no more the 2 minutes. (Trust I have do it before) when I use to work in...
