I really like this place and they have a lot of great items on the menu, but I’m really disappointed. This is the second time I’ve found a hair in my açaí bowl. I was genuinely looking forward to eating this today, but I couldn’t finish it after finding the hair just a few bites in.

It’s frustrating because the food tastes great and I usually enjoy coming here, but having this happen twice makes me concerned about cleanliness and quality control. I really hope the management takes steps to address this, because I want to keep...

Purchase two açaí bowls, one small and one medium… the amount of açaí in the bowls was barely to none! I was extremely disappointed, I paid $11 and $14 for a bowl full of granola and some fruit? Went back for a refund and that was gladly given but geez, the disappointment was real. Definitely not going back, stopped by the hangout next to Planet fitness and got a large topped to the very top!
