Everything still tasted good as usual but, seems like the past 3 times I've come in, the pizza has been kind of burned lately. More specifically, the crust and the top of the pizzas where the toppings are, are burned, but when you take a bite to eat some, it's almost cold, like not completely done.
Kind of like they're turning up their oven Temps a bit too high and it's burning the surfaces before the rest is completely cooked. I like coming there, because the pizza is usually very good for the money. I don't mind paying a little bit extra for good food, especially since the staff is really good too and friendly with me every time I come in. But, don't rush the food just to try and get it out faster, because it's burning it when the rest isn't quite finished cooking yet.

One of the owners personally called me, said he'd seen my review and apologized and that he'd personally adjusted the ovens himself and made sure everything we ordered that day was Great! Thanks so much for looking out, and going above and beyond. In my humble opinion, this place has the best Chicago style pizza...
Read moreWe were looking for a new pizza place near us and came across Zino's. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza (round) and the Mambo Italiano (square). If available, we'll usually order the BBQ chicken pizza from wherever we get pizza from, so we've had many in our day. This one was one of the best we'd ever had. The Mambo Italiano was excellent as well. The sauce, crust, toppings, and cheese blend were right on the money for both. It's a little more expensive than some other pizza places, but for the quality you get, it's definitely worth it in my opinion. I'm eating a cold piece of the Mambo Italiano as I type this review. I'm very happy we found Zino's and will definitely be ordering from them again.
PS -- Obviously the picture included is after I got it out of the fridge, but even cold it still looks and...
Read moreI walked in to order a calzone with just vegetables. I am highly allergic to cheese, so I don’t often order from pizzerias as it is a strange request. When my calzone was finished after 30 minutes of waiting in the waiting room I opened up the box to see the calzone was basically 90% cheese after I asked for “no cheese”. I politely asked Jason If I could have it remade. He immediately told me the order was my fault and I may not have a new one remade or that I absolutely do not deserve a refund. Astonished because I’ve maybe asked for a refund 4 times in my entire life I walked out upset and nothing was done to change the situation besides a smug face. If your order gets prepared wrong and you don’t like it, Jason will NOT care. Have...
