Something is horribly wrong with this store as far as service. Apparently they've hired very slow people and slow management to make the food. I've been behind 2 cars for 10 minutes waiting. Still not moving. Corporate needs to look into this "slow food " restaurant. Most likely I'll be going across the street to Wendy's next time. I'm stuck in this stupid line now and can't even leave. I'm severely pissed. GET IT TOGETHER MANSFIELD!!! Now I'm going on 20 minutes. Fast food my a@# If I've had time to review this place you know it's been a long time to get 1 burger and 1 large fry. I ordererd a sausage egg biscuit and sausage egg cheese croissant pulled off looked seen there was only 1 sandwich. I called as I wasn’t going to wait in line for another 15 mins. I called explained it needed to be brought out to car. She said well we are out of biscuits we’ll have to make fresh. It will be 10 mins. Ridiculous! Never even said sorry or anything to try to make it right. I just hung up. So ultimately I was ripped off $3.89. It’s not the money or the fact that they accidentally didn’t put biscuit in bag it’s the principle behind it. Read moreCame here on the way home from a funeral. Already feeling low and exhausted, we just wanted to eat somewhere quickly. We ordered our food and sat down. After about 10 minutes a worker (maybe even the manager) came stomping toward us and said in a nasty tone that we needed to leave because they do not allow dining in right now. We didn’t argue, we just apologized and started to gather our things. She made it a point to be aggressive and condescending, telling us that the policy was written on the door. We just said sorry again, we hadn’t seen it. I have zero issue with the policies, but I really disliked the way she spoke to us, even though we were not resisting, arguing, or even being anything but polite. She made us feel like criminals.
