Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Madison Township

I went here to get a plain bagel with plain cream cheese.( I have gotten it 3 times before today) all the other tree times the bagle was heated up and had a fair amount of cream cheese( not a crazy amount but coverd both sides of the bagle nicely), today I ordered like normal and asked her for a fair amount of cream cheese ( like I always do) instantly with a rude tone told me I can have a paper thin layer or pay another 1.69 to have an okay amount ( this took me back, but I was still being very kind), I was thinking I am already paying the first 1.69 for my bagle to have enough to atleast cover the bagle? but I didn't say much back to her but okay I'll stick with the regular amount , thank you, (because I can't afford to be buying $4 of cream cheese for one bagle) she agressivly put my food on the counter ( I have no clue why I deserve to be treated poorly) it was a cold Bagel not heated up, with one side that has a paper thin like she said cream cheese and nothing on the other side. I have never had such a horrible bagel from here. I am in food service myself, and this is not OK. I was perfectly nice and she was nothing but rude. Not only was she rude, the food was not good during my experience today. after today I am afraid to go back to Tim Hortons not only because of the bad food I received today( which is normally pretty good) but mainly because how how rude the worker was to me for no reason.( I am a very nice person and have a soft heart and this worker actually had me crying in my car...

This has only been my second time at Tim Hortons and I was pretty disappointed. The lady who took our order was nice, but my husband and I waited a good half hour for our food. He ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and I ordered a chicken panini and a chai. We were warned that they had to cook the chicken and it would take about 10 minutes, so we just hung out in the restaurant. I got my chai. It was ok. They made my sandwich, but forgot about my husband's, so we stood at the pickup counter to wait for them to make it. After the guy made it, my husband asked if he made a turkey bacon sandwich. The guy said yes. We left and went to go play some putt-putt.

When we got to the putt-putt place, we ate our lunch. My husband found out that the guy made a BLT sandwich instead of his turkey bacon sandwich! The guy lied. My chicken panini was pathetic. It seemed like they lightly sprinkled some chicken on top of the cheese. For as much as we paid, you would think my sandwich would be stuffed with chicken and cheese and the guy paid attention to our order and made my husband's sandwich the right way.

The first experience I had with Tim Hortons was in New York. I had the best tasting chai and we had the best tasting food! This place, where we visited, was in the Mansfield, Ohio area. This place sucks. I've never been through Tim Hortons before but the two times that i have gone through I have never received a receipt. On the most recent attempt I'm surprised they even bothered trying to open a store right next to a McDonalds. The Sweet tea tasted old and not sweet what so ever, it ended up in the trash a perfect waste of $1.59. The two ice coffees I purchased had the over powering taste of old coffee and neither one tasted like the Vanilla or Cookies and Cream that we ordered. One of them also ended up in the trash as part of my party couldn't even drink it. The donuts were eh. I've had better day old donuts at a gas station. And to top it off we were the only people in the store and was standing in line. The first person in our group ordered and a gentleman walked in as our first person was finishing up. Then the cashier asked us to step aside as the gentleman had called an order in for pickup. I'm sorry but if I'm in line waiting for my food I don't understand how someone gets to cut the line because they ordered ahead. The store was clean but being over priced and not getting anything close to the expectations taste wise I have no intentions of visiting this place again or any chain for that matter.
