I am a door Dasher and at times I will order my dinner or whatever online and pick it up on my way to get deliveries. Nothing stating I can't do that. Well I decided to do just that I ordered from this location and on my way to grab this order I also get a delivery from that store. I go inside grab my door dash order and I had asked for a side of sour cream for my customer and was told I would have to pay for it and the boy walked away. So when I got his attention again I told him I would pay for the sour cream out of my own pocket again he snobbed me and said order it from the kiosk. Me dumbfounded on why I couldn't just get them to ring it up at the Register in front of him I try my shit at that stupid kiosk and was having issues. The manager asked if I was okay and I said no I didn't understand why I had to use this kiosk for sour cream. I get the order for a side of sour cream in paid for and walk back up to the counter still waiting for my online order and now a small drop of sour cream I just paid .80 for 🙄 so noq i am standing thwre for 15 more minsnbefore i get asked if you needed something else and I again stayed I was waiting for my online order at that point this short man with a manager title comes up to me and said you are door dashing and I said yes but I'm waiting for my paid for online order. He proceeded to tell me it was against the policy to have a door dash order and an online order and he would not be serving me. I of course challenged him beings ive been a Dasher for ten years and its NOT against any policy as I checked to be sure. He still refused to serve me and took my paid for online order that was bagged now ready for me to take and threw it in the trash and told me to leave. I said I wanted a refund and he told me to do it online which is impossible bc this little taking his job to his head man hold said I picked up my order!!! I am taking this to their corporate office after I speak to the store manager tomorrow. This is unacceptable and trashy for any place . Read moreThe food wasn't the issue the service was , I came through the drive thru ordered food paid for it went across the street to the gas station and realized, they didn't give me my drink. I turned around went back through the drive thru a black male on the drive thru speaker greeted me he was very dry and rude when I told him "I didn't get my drink" he said "we're closed" I paused for a second I was flabbergasted I had just went through the line and all I asked for was a drink takes a couple secs to make a drink I told him "I just ordered and paid for food" the employee told me "we were already closed when you ordered" ....I asked "if you were closed why did u take my money or order at all" I get to the window and the mngr agrees to make my drink ...some blue haired girl comes up to the window yelling at me to leave ...as if she wanted to fight about a drink lord knows I wanted to drag her through the window if necessary....the mngr comes back with my drink but at the point I didn't even want to eat the food and didn't trust the drink with the kind of argumentative people they have working there it's no telling what they might do to your food or drink so I took it home and waited until the next day to bring it back and asked for a refund for my power bowl (chicken) the nice mngr on the day shift remade the order for me due to the fact they don't give refunds is what she told me. Read moreOk first off my husband went to this taco bell on Ashland Rd and spent 74.56 for dinner for our family of 5. We got a party box of crunchy taco Supremes that had barely any meat and was mostly sour cream which costs 23.99 and got 2 steak chalupas Supremes and 1 of them barely seemed cooked and I opened both of them up cause they were totally flat and 1 had literally 5 small pieces of steak and the other had 4 and barely any other toppings which costed 11.18 and 8 chicken chipotle ranch burritos which had hardly any chicken in them and 4 of them didn't have tomatoes and smashed like they were quesadillas and 8 beefy cheesy burritos that were also smashed like quesadillas to the point that all the fillings were leaked out on the paper inside cause they thought it was a good idea to put 16 burritos in 1 small bag and it ripped as soon as my husband got home cause it was over filled, we also got cheese beans n rice burrito for our dog like we always do and I cut it up like I always do and he wouldn't eat it, so I picked his plate up and smelt it and it smelled sour. There seemed to be only teenagers working in there, which is fine but if your going to schedule all teenagers on a shift then maybe you should at least have a adult manager on shift to make sure they're doing their jobs properly and not standing around talking badly about previous customers. And to top it off nobody answered the phone when I called 6 times and we live across town. It's ridiculous spending your hard earned $$$ for nothing. NOT HAPPY AT ALL DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT...
