Wendy's — Restaurant in Madison Township

I ordered some food to go and one of the employees named Emily handed me a bag with Chili poured down the side. I took the sandwich and chili out of the bag while she was getting the dring. When she came back I ask her for another bag and she literally crushed the other bag in my face and walked away after throwing another bag down. Two other customers witnessed her doing it and both commented on how rude her actions were. I asked another employee her name and seen Emily immediately run to back of store to talk to manager. I told him I was old enough to be Emilies grandmother and the way she acted was very inappropriate. You could tell he didn't really care which makes it understandable as to why they are the worst Wendys in Mansfield Ohio to go to. Always open late,slow as a snail and very disorganized. I understand it's obviously hard to get employees these days and that's why Customer Service has flown out the window and employees feel free to abuse customers knowing they will get away with it. We come to this Wendy’s a couple times a month. (Drive thru). We have never really had much of a problem over the years….But the last couple months, this location has really went downhill. The food quality is terrible, cold, forgotten items, long drive thru wait times. I ordered a quick breakfast combo today while I was out running errands, and what I received was absolutely appalling! I took 2 bites and threw it out. I had liquid Swiss cheese all over my croissant, and the sausage was burnt to a crisp…oh and what’s with the potato wedge shortage…..The best part of my entire breakfast was my Coke Zero. I literally would’ve had to sit down at a table and eat that sandwich with a fork and knife, It was so messy.
