I stopped in for lunch after hearing from someone I know this was a good Mexican spot for lunch

Placed an order online for a lunch take out . When I arrived at the time of the pickup order was not ready : in fact my online order ticket was still in the machine and no one had realized it was there . Was told to wait 10 minutes and it would be out .

I had ordered the four quesadillas plate without beans nor rice . Plate came with beans and rice : I do not like waste and this was wasteful . Again , it feels like the order had not been properly looked at as requested . Quesadillas were very greasy and overly salty . By the time I started eating them they were dripping with grease .

French fries were raw on the inside and almost overcooked and over seasoned on the outside . I think they rushed these too much to make up for time of forgotten order , as it was not properly cooked . Shame because they advertised as fresh .

The portions are big and if that is something you value then I give them that .

I feel perhaps they might have had a bad day on that day, even though there was no one in the store when I arrived : completely empty .

It’s unfortunate but in my experience there are other Mexican locations in town with better quality food...

I wanted so bad to like this place. Tonight my boyfriend and I got their food from a recommendation from a coworker of his. I wanted the low carb taco salad with extra hot sauce and my boyfriend got a birria quesadilla with extra sauce. My boyfriend said when he went to pick up the order he was missing half the order and it was a bit of an ordeal to figure out what was going on. We chalked it up to it being Cinco de Mayo and everyone wanting Mexican food. When we opened the food, though, we were missing both of our extra sauces ordered, and my taco salad more resembled a loaded nachos situation. There was no lettuce and the extra jalapeños I asked for were also missing. It was all chips, shrimp, and onion/sour cream/cilantro toppings. Was it still good? Yes. But it wasn’t what I had been hoping when I chose to get a salad. Our chips and salsa were also pretty burned and didn’t really give a good impression for the chili lime flavor I had expected. My boyfriend said his meal was incredible and he’d order there again. I’m hoping this was just a fluke. I’ll try again, but maybe next time I’ll just commit to get the traditional...

This past Saturday I took my son to get his haircut next door at Mr Rudd's Barbershop and we had a few minutes to spare and a VERY hungry 4 year old's mouth to feed so we stopped in for some DELICIOUS food!!! (My third time, and I aint stopping!)

We got chips and salsa (Holy cow that was good) and a bean/onion & rice quesadilla (DROOOOLING on the goodness!) My son can be super picky but he scarfed the quesadilla down! There were two other groups of people eating here for the first time and all you could hear from them was "Wow, oh my god, this is amazing, I didn't know this place was here!", and on and on. This is THAT PLACE that you refer to when you tell a friend 'I know a place with THE BEST food!".
