They are VERY disgusting. Yes, the food is good, however, the employees are very unsanitary. Unit Manager, Tracy, never washes her hands, next time you stop by just take a look at the appearance of the employees and that alone will give you a better perspective of the people you are entrusting to serve you. FYI: The biscuits usually have flies flying over them & then are served to guest, YUMMY!! Needless to say, THEY ARE NASTY with the worst customer service. Majority of the employees look like recovering addicts who smoke a carton of cigarettes a day. I’m sure with Alan Ludlow being the GM, they won’t be in business too much longer, he was the previous GM at Steak N Shake & I mean look what happen with them, as well as Crackerbarrel, which has went completely down the drain. However, I would rather someone tell you now then to wait until someone actually gets food poisoning or...
Read moreThe food was good but i had 2 issues. One was that there were people in line and apparently a lady was either over worked or something. Comments were made to the man at register that she needed to leave and she wanted his attention while he was trying to get the orders taken. He told her he would get with her as soon as he finished. The woman wasn't happy about that and turned away with an angry attitude. She needs to understand there is a time and place for a discussion but not in front of customers. As that was all i ate that day i feel that is what caused it. I did like the food even though its my fault for not checking. But just in case anyone ever has an issue they may want to see if they have an issue with certian...
Read moreIf I could give negative 10 stars I would, I’ve never in my 26 years dealt with such ignorance at one restaurant. The lady at the drive thru at 10:30-10:40 am Sunday morning was absolutely rude and sorry and lazy. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before I pulled around and she said “if it ain’t working then you gotta come inside.” So I asked nicely could we just order there at pick up window and she said “Nope I won’t do that, come inside if you want to order.” Meanwhile my 2 year old daughter was still having to wait another 15 minutes inside..all I wanted to do was feed my child not deal with a rude worker at 10am nor deal with the cashier that was very disrespectful about me reading off my order from my phone because she obviously has something better to do.
Point is I’ll drive 30 minutes to another bojangles before I go back...
