Let's start off with the good. What little of it there was. The atmosphere was fine. Nice place to silently sit at a table for work or reading or something along those lines. The food, I got 2 donuts, 2 drinks. 1 donut was a jelly filled donut that they put, I kid you not, enough to fill 1/10th of the donut. Probably because they didnt have any out and were upset they had to make one. My drink was the strawberry dragon fruit with lemonade and it was good. Little sweet for me, but good. My wife's drink was the pumpkin spice and it took them around 10 minutes just to make it when no one else came in and hardly anyone was going through drive thru. Now for the really bad. No one had name tags but the dude with the long hair in a pony tail, what absolute terrible custom service. This guy started off by saying "what can I get you" in a tone that gave off him being annoyed I had even showed up. I asked if they had any jelly donuts and he was so annoyed he had to ask whoever in his headset. Then annoyed yet again "how many do you want?" I said 1. He kept this annoyed attitude throughout the entire time we were there. And then asked me so many times "will that be all?" As if hoping id finally go away. My wife had to ask me as we walked away to wait for our order if I knew the guy because of how angry he was at me because she told me she caught him glaring at me twice which I didnt see. So im not sure what I did wrong but the guy for some reason just really wasn't kind at all and probably should go back to training videos on how to do customer service. Won't ever come to this...
Read moreI met up with my wife and a buddy of mine after my child and I stopped to voting. On seeing the voting sticker that I had picked up - one for me and one for my baby, the staff began talking about it being an election day. They began to talk about how they should vote against a certain candidate who promotes the dignity of human life because - and I'm quoting here - "they're a 'trash' human being".
I and my family proudly support the dignity of human life at every stage from conception to natural death. While our Nation is founded on the right to free speech, and, no, not everyone will agree with each other - we used to be able to engage in civil discussion and debate - regardless if we agreed at the end of it all. To characterize another person or group who disagree with their positions as "trash" made for a VERY uncomfortable and LAST visit. This type of dehumanizing, disrespectful, and demeaning rhetoric is a key part of the problem in our Country today, and it's sad that Dunkin would condone it. Every person is deserving of a base level of respect, and it seems like that's not recognized here.
My family and I will NOT return to Dunkin - for a VERY long time, if ever at all - because of this. If this is any indication of other Dunkin Donuts locations - this may extend to the entire brand. Very...
Read moreI have been to this Dunkin like 4 times. Every time I go something is missed or wrong. I've never been one to speak up, but after I did not receive $9 worth of my stuff, I tried to call and fix it. I was unable to reach anyone and it didnt even ring, so I requested a refund through email. I went to Dunkin again (should have went to another location) and they again messed up my order. I was able to call this time and spoke with the Assistant Manager JEN. She repeatedly told me I was wrong. That they did make my order right and that I left before they could give me the rest. Simply not true. I was told I waited too long to fix the issue and that these things happen because they only have 2 people on shift. I'm sorry, but maybe you shouldn't be rushing people when you are short staffed, cause mistakes will be made. She even threatened to pull the video tape on me lol. This place is a joke with her running it. I received a dunkin gift card for the trouble and was not even able to use it the next time I visited. I was again rushed by the same "manager" and AGAIN handed an order that was wrong. I will NOT be going back. If you want a bad experience, visit MONONA DUNKIN. This place won't be any better til Jen learns how to deal with customers. Get a new gig if...
