I normally order online but it would not come up with the full menu. Called location 5 times and on the 5th time they answered. I was put on hold for the first 3 min then the worker returned asked me what I wanted and then proceeded to talk to another customer asking them if they needed to place an order and she put me back on hold. Was on hold another 10 min she came back on finally and I said well I’m trying to order lunch and I was left on hold for 10 min. She said well are busy we have a Nissan order to get out. My thing is that should’ve been stated first thing instead of leaving me on hold. Then tells me it would be a while before I can order. It’s bad enough a couple of times my food has been raw.
