I wouldn't even give this location and the manager (Xavier Marsh) even one star!! This is second time that I had an issue with getting things that I paid for. The first time, I let it slide and didn't call about it. But when I placed my order (which I found out was through a call center before I actually made my call to the county line rd site. Spoke to that manager who was from the start an all out you know what...to have him tell me it would be almost 2 hrs before I could get what they left off my order and that they can't refund anything. He was very rude and not professional at all. He told me that if I didn't like what he was telling me that I could call Corporate and make a complaint. I asked for that number and he had the audacity to tell me to Google it and he couldn't help me anymore and hung up. So I did what he said and it's a whole process bc nobody is actually going to answer the phone. I called the location back and when I put in the prompt to speak with a manager, I heard him say oh that's s and s gonna be good before he said Papa Johns can I help you! When I told him my name he said yeah and that since he told me to call corporate that he can't do anything. I said I was willing to have the driver bring what I paid for back in 2 hrs, he said that his driver just walked in and told him they did deliver my complete order with all sauces. I asked for his driver's name bc this was untrue. He said he is not giving me any info and for me to deal with this with corporate but that they would back him and driver. This to me is so unprofessional and he needs more training on being a manager and dealing with the public!!! He was young and a smart * and that gives an example of what these places are hiring and promoting! My young adult children would never speak and ask how this young adult did. It's a good thing that I have a camera out side and have the drivers license plate number and that non-managers name. I gonna call our local news stations about this bc who else has been charged or being charged for things they ordered and not getting delivered. Is this how they are making their money at this location to pay employees?? Oh and I was told by this manager that they only have one driver! Guess that's why they have a lower Google score along with who is in charge there! I'm over them and will NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION or even any Papa Johns bc of this experience! Read moreOrdered a regular pizza as I always have done at least once a week but this time the person behind the register was extremely rude. I have never seen him before. I walked in and told him good afternoon how are you?.... He didn’t say a word. I repeated myself and he answered with “ok” what can I give you? Wow....! Ok so I ordered my pizza. I nicely asked him if he was having a bad day because of his attitude toward customers and he played the “I am one of the managers here card” (Named Zachary) which I responded: So? even worse. I don’t care who he is he should be nice and cordial. Waited for my pizza, he slammed it over the counter and I grabbed it and left. He did the same to the other customer there with me. Not even a good afternoon, thank you or anything and just slammed our pizzas like if we were an inconvenient. I totally regret of my tip!!! Then him, Zachary, and the other girl working there came to the front door to smoke. Right in front of the door, not next to it but right in front of it. No one inside the store so if someone called for a pizza good luck because no one was inside to answer the phone since they both were outside smoking and the other two have left for delivery. So I just stayed there watching to see what they would do next when one a customer show up... a customer did show up and they went straight to make pizzas for the other customer bare handed. Yuck! Awful service, super rude and now I know how dirty they are. Have lost me and my whole family as customers. If this dude is a manager there then their standards are very low. “I’ve given this Papa John’s location multiple chances, but unfortunately, they’ve let me down every time. Each time, I’ve placed my order in the morning for a scheduled delivery time, hoping this would ensure everything was ready on time. Today, I pre-ordered at 11:00 am for delivery at 5:00pm, calling at 4:45 to confirm and being told my order was being prepared. When I checked back at 5:30, they said it was still being made. My order was simple – The Works, a Meat Lovers, and two cheese pizzas.
After waiting, I asked to speak to a manager, only to be told it would be another two hours before my order even started cooking. The best they could offer was to cancel the order.
To make matters worse, I was able to place a similar order at Marco’s, adding two more pizzas, and received everything in just 15 minutes. After three attempts with this location, each resulting in long delays well beyond the scheduled delivery time, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
