If you have a food allergy please read! I have always loved this restaurant and when I visit my daughter I always ask to come here. Tonight we came for dinner. My daughter asked what was in the veggie fajita and said she can't have peppers. When it came out she told the server there were yellow peppers. She told her no that was yellow squash. No it wasn't. It was yellow peppers and then she also found red peppers. She asked the server to send back and again told her she can't eat peppers. The server brought one out a while later. When she went to mix the veggies up she found that they must have picked the peppers off the top but there were a bunch underneath. She told the server she didn't want it at all. Her only response was ok do you want some extra rice. We said no and asked for the bill When I left I told a manager about what happened. She said sorry the veggies are premixed. Well first of all that was something that they could simply so we could have ordered something else. Second of all I know it's not true because she's had steak fajitas and was able to get them with with no peppers every time. They acted as if they were doing us a favor taking the meal off our bill when that's exactly what should have been done as it couldn't be eaten! If they don't take allergies seriously I will no longer eat here. It's too bad because we have eaten here every month...
Read moreHad a party of 12, was told they don’t do reservations (no problem) but to show up 30mins before and “claim” tables. We show up at 2:45ish with 4 of the 12 people and almost immediately get sat (awesome!) the rest of our party was going to be there at 3:30. They are not busy at all. Maybe 20 customers total. Staff is standing around talking and goofing off because there is nothing to do (also not a problem, you can have fun at work.)
My problem is our waitress not once the whole 2hrs we were there asked to refill our COMPLETELY empty drinks. Almost our whole table got the same drink to make it easy (coke), I had to physically flag her down and raise my voice to get a refill. She was checking on the other tables around us every 15-20mins, but ignored us. Since she was guaranteed a 20% tip I guess she just didn’t care to check on us because she actively walked around our table to get to the others.
The food was also so bland. It literally all tasted like wet mushy flour. I will never be back and have never in my life wanted to act like a “Karen” as much as I did that day. We did every thing in our power to make her job easier and I feel like she didn’t earn her $80 tip from our party that she barely served. I work in customer service and her performance...

Cons: salsa was worse than Pace, food was flavorless (had to add tons of salt), staff was messy
Our server, Howard, took our order and then disappeared. Someone else brought out our food and refilled our drinks the first time, but then we couldn't find anyone to bring us a refill after that. After the lackluster meal, we just wanted to get the check and leave, but again, our server was running around frantically, never stopping to check on us. I ended up getting the attention of a young lady named Cindy, who apologized and communicated to Howard that we wanted our check. Meanwhile, two female staff members started arguing right in front of us, and no one batted an eye. From the moment we asked for the check to the moment we signed the receipt, at least 30 minutes had elapsed...ridiculous. We usually tip anywhere from 25 to 30 percent, but with the horrible service from Howard, we only did 15 percent. He didn't even bother to explain or apologize for the disappearing act. We decided to give Cindy a tip as well, since she took on the responsibility of helping us when she didn't have to.
With all the restaurants on 72, there's no way we're going back to...
