Starbucks — Restaurant in Madison

Monday morning comes and as always I stop and order my normal morning coffee on my way to work and my coworker rode with me that morning and he wanted a Coffee as well. We pull up to the drive thru window and little miss piggy would not give us our coffee because we had a $50 bill to pay for our $20 coffee's.. she was so rude her name was addie she works at the Rimrock road location and honestly I have not ever been that disgusted and treated by anyone in my entire life . My coworker told me the same. She then slammed the drive thru window in my face a refused to except or $50 bill. So we scraped up $13 cash and she said she could give us 1 coffee . I told Addie at the Rimrock location that there are two of us she then said she don't care , not her problem ! And once again she slammed the Door in my face and caused a big scene . The drive thru line was wrapped with other hard working men and women but she didn't realize that what she was doing to my coworker and I was out of line and extremely catastrophic and her bad attitude was affecting everyone else's day that had been waiting in the drive thru behind me .. i’m not one to leave reviews like that but this really disappointed me. i went to this location to get what i always get the bs oat shaken espresso, i asked for light ice but i didn’t expect for there to be just pebbles of ice (3 or 4) the drink looked watered down like it was just a cup of milk and swirl. they handed it to me and i said “i don’t think it’s supposed to look like that” the girl that handed to me said “ oh it’s because of the ice it melted” i was confused as to how that much ice can melt in under a couple seconds.it looked like it was just an old drink they had sitting around. no espresso, nothing. i told them that it was alright and i would just not get the drink. i’m surprised the didn’t care to ask if they could do it again for me. really...

I had ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew this morning and had been given the wrong order. I explained this to the cashier and she assured me that she would fix that for me. She handed me my new drink and I drove away expecting my new drink to be the correct one. Unfortunately it was a chai tea latte and I was not happy. I am a very understanding person and have worked in customer service before so I get how busy it can be and stressful at times, but this is not the first time this Starbucks location has let me down. They are constantly out of items that I want and this is not the first time that they have messed up my order.
