Starbucks — Restaurant in Madison

Target Starbucks Madison, AL I can't even give a star for the food. We didn't get anything. I'd give no stars for anything, if I could. October 27, 2024 around 4:15 pm. There was a guy and a girl working. My daughter and I were the only ones in line. The guy was about to get off of work. The girl asked to take our order. All we asked for was a frappuccino. That's it. Nobody else in line. Ordered just one thing. She told me that the guy was getting off of work, and she will be by herself, and that's too much for her to make. What?! That's her job. Not even an, "I'm sorry," or anything at all. We were shocked. I've seen 1 person working with a long line and still get orders out. I wonder what WOULDN'T be too much for her to make? We went to...

This place has got to be the most overrated brand ever. The wait time is so bad always, and I understand you always have customers, but we can straight up see people who aren’t working. Along with this, the prices are so so over what the norm could be. There are so many local coffee shops that do not get nearly the attention this overpriced place does. Their drinks don’t even taste the same each time. Last time, I got the cookie crumble and it was literally shaved ice with whipped cream. No sweetness. To top the cherry, they support a country that I cannot agree with. If you’re going to do all of this, at least be discreet. No hate Starbucks, but you could definitely benefit with some lower...

Every time I have ever gone to this location (inside Target at the Madison location) , the customer service is terrible. The workers are rude, impatient, and do not take the time to make your order correctly. The drinks are carelessly thrown together, without the right proportions of ingredients, making it a waste of money. Additionally, almost every time I have visited this location, most of the workers have their masks pulled below their noses. There is a state required mask policy, and they are not abiding by it.
