I had my recently deceased husband’s watch and wanted a band that would fit me so I could wear it. I selected a watch band that would possible fit and they told me it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could try to see if it would fit. If not they would call me and we could order one that would. By Thursday around noon I had not received any word so I called twice to see if it was ready. I never could get an answer and was told someone would call me. I finally went to pick it up on Thursday afternoon ready or not ready. The watch had never been touched. No one had attempted to switch the bands to see if it would fit and no one even bothered calling me. The sales person told me it was a difficult job and took time. Did not have a positive experience. Went in to check the size of a ring I had. After the size was confirmed I asked about resizing. She told me they did do that but only worked on gold... Implying my ring wasn't, which it is in fact 14k white gold. As she unlocked the door to let me out she asked if the ring was a CZ. While the diamond was lab grown, I have the appraisal on it and it is far from a CZ. Very condescending to a potential customer. The ring wasn't purchased locally and I wanted to have sized locally so I didn't have to travel or ship it back to the jeweler. Small, family run jewelry store. I took a sentimental ring to them to replace a tiny missing emerald. Options and prices were given up front. No pressure, explanations were given for quality and price from man made stone to genuine emerald. History given on style and quality of center diamond. They went through their whole inventory trying to replace a tiny .003 emerald to match the remaining one. This business does not advertise. They rely on customer satisfaction to spread the word.
