McDonald's — Restaurant in Madisonville

Horrible service! I spent almost 50 dollars at this location and never again! They messed up my order and left off a burger I ordered, easy fix, you would think. So I was ask to view my receipt, then was ask to pull over and wait after already waiting 15 mins in the drive thru and it was hot with no air in my car. I told the lady to just take back the six piece nugget and give me my burger cause she stated the nuggets was part of some deal with the mcdouble I ordered. After telling her this, she closed the window then some black lady come to the window and screamed at me to move. After telling her how long I had already waited I ask her just to forget the burger and give me back my nuggets. She said she threw them in the trash then closed the window on me. The girl come back handed me my bag and I assumed they give me the burger I ordered. Nope, I get home it was 4 of the six piece nuggets I ordered that they said they had throwed in the trash. I wish I knew how to get a hold of this owner ! Is it so hard to keep employees that they are allowed to treat paying customers like this.? I'm going on a mission after this and everybody i know will know, they give you food out of the trash and Horrible service and to top it off, they laugh in your face when you tell them you will let the distric manager know. They obviously know nothing will ever be done about their terrible service or their rudeness. I hope the owners see this and change things with their employees. every time we go here (it’s the closest mcdonald’s to my house unfortunately) our order will just sit there. behind the counter. i’ll be standing there waiting for 10+ minutes, making eye contact with the employees (absolutely no help i’ll add) and everyone’s just standing there talking. i tried to cut them some slack when i first moved here, as the first time i went there they had this girl behind the counter who was very clearly new. but since then the customer service keeps getting worse and worse. like earlier when i went there was this manager (i assume) who completely ignored me trying to ask him about my food. it may seem like an exaggeration to you now, but i promise you if you go here and place a mobile order, it’s not in the slightest. i had to walk up to the counter 20 minutes after placing my mobile order to ask them to hand me my (finished, bagged, & sitting on the counter) food because there are now signs in lobby that say you can’t stay longer than 30 minutes. we had already ordered & had been waiting on them to get the out food out for at least 20 minutes, they also marked the order as done on the before anyone handed us anything. so if i didn’t go up there & bug them i wouldn’t have gotten my food. among all that i beg of you, don’t get ANY fountain drink here. you'll feel so sick, i genuinely don’t think they clean a single one of their drink machines. save your...

My parents, grandparents, and I ordered separately. Got all of their orders wrong, mine being the only correct one. However, when I ordered on the mobile app, the app wouldn't let me order chicken or large fries. The app said those items were unavailable at that location. (Meanwhile, the table next to me, a guy was eating a chicken sandwich with a large fry.)

The restaurant floor was disgusting and no one was running the front register. A line of 5 people were lined up asking to speak to the manager. The manager, in question, was running around the place in a panic like a chicken with his head cut off. It's not like they were low on staff either, the workers in the back seemed to be keeping their chill, despite the quick-paced environment, it was just the manager panicking. The manager, at one point, ran to the front counter and yelled "IF YOU GUYS WANT YOUR ORDER TAKEN FAST, PLEASE USE THE TWO KIOSKS" (Y'know, the same kiosks that would probably tell them they couldn't order chicken or fries...) As someone that used to work in fast food in high school, this is an almost embarrassing store. Don't even get me started on my previous times I've ordered here, where the food came out undercooked or the one time I had a 40 minutes wait on the drive through (no joke) for a milkshake.

Overall, if you don't mind driving an extra 10-15 minutes to eat at the McDonald's in Vonore...
