Subway — Restaurant in Mahoning Township

Yesterday we ordered here while shopping, no issues at all. But today. Ordered me and my wife’s food on the app right in front of the workers. There was two people who came after they approved our order. Lady was on the meat slicer for so long while the other went back and forth doing some thing else? We waited there about 30 mins but when the line formed and they started taking new orders is where I got upset so I asked about our order. The whole time it was wrapped up sitting on the counter so now I got two cold sandwiches and everyone who came after us got theirs fresh. What’s wrong with people? Accidents happen but seriously how do you not notice two people standing impatiently next to the mobile pick up for 30 minutes? Hellooo. At least talk to me and acknowledge our wait time. She said sorry at the end but sorry doesn’t warm my food up. Guess I should finally go...

Subway stole my money!!! They have men here working in their 30s who don’t know how to do simple math! My total was $10.05 and their under-trained employee started ringing up that I gave him a $20 before I even pulled out my wallet. I gave him a $20.25 so I wouldn’t get the 95 cents back and got $9.25 back…. (4 ones, 1 five, 2 dimes and 1 nickel). Like um hello where is my $1 back?? They completely stole it and looked at me as if I was speaking another language when I asked for it back. This is embarrassing and the worst subway location I’ve ever been to but hey what can you expect when it’s located inside a Walmart.

This subway is a disgusting excuse for a business. We placed a large hoagie order at 930 am for a 1pm pickup for our sons graduation party. We showed up at 1pm, and not only did we wait for 45 minutes for the hoagies, but the employees making them complained audibly about us. They made comments that we had a lot of nerve to order that many hoagies on a Saturday. They said they don't care if there's enough, we can go somewhere else. Other customers were disgruntled as we sat there singled out by these disgusting people. I hope this subway goes out of business. These girls are horrible humans, that need to grow up and do what they get paid to do. I hope they're fired for their actions, even though they're too immature too...
