Kind of tired of being treated like a villain when I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. NEVER had a late payment in over a year of business with them and just recently my last two were late by 1-2 days. This time the payment fell on a weekend, I get paid Wednesdays and pay it first thing in the morning, yet they have someone already banging on my door, like the police. Constant texts and calls, sounding aggravated. I pay on time every single time, and when there is no issue they are great to work with, but miss a payment by a day or two and they treat you like dirt? A little more leniency towards repeated on time customers would be great. I was told carlos was supposed to call me but never did to let me know about my delivery. So now my old furniture already was out for trash and no new furniture.
