Really great huge facility located in shopping mall. Only drawback that they have some limited supplies.

Did not have inclined abdominal bench. Only one place to do lat pulldowns which was surprising given the size of the gym.

Seems to have only one full set of dumbbells- I may be wrong but I did not see more than one set of each size

Only two flat benches that could be inclined.

Therefore if you went at a crowded time there could be some problems.

Great that it's open 24 hours . They only allow visitors in until 9:00 p.m. which was fine.

I really thought it was a great facility and it is enormous. There's certainly room that they might add equipment in the future. I will definitely visit again. Very friendly to visitors.

If free weights is your thing then this is a great place to go. Not the typical pansy public commercial gym...

MANAGEMENT IS LAZY AND CORRUPT AND DOES NOTHING TO PROTECT ITS CUSTOMERS.

HAD A MENTALLY ILL OLDER WOMAN SCREAM, SWEAR AND THREATEN ME AND MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO TERMINATE HER MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE THEY ARE FREINDS WITH HER.

THE WOMAN: 50'S OR 60'S. SHORT. PETITE. BLOND HAIR. THE EXACT DEFINITIVE OF A 'KAREN'. PERSONALITY WISE SHE RESEMBLES A RABID CHIHUAHUA. LOOKS WISE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING APPEALING TO THE EYE AND LESS THAN MEDIOCRE IN ALL ASPECTS.

INSTEAD OF DOING THEIR JOBS THEY WANT TO BLAME THE VICTIM. PATHETIC. OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL CONTINUE TO BE HARASSED BY THIS WOMAN AND MOST LIKELY THERE WILL BE POLICE INVOLVEMENT IF THAT DOG IS...

This place was my safe haven and it’s where I changed my life for the better. Physically and mentally giving it my all and with so many different exercise approaches and equipment it is phenomenal! Only negative. It can get very crowded. Showers and bathrooms can become an inconvenience to utilize, otherwise I love it! The owners are awesome and will listen to your concerns. The health stand is a plus y’all. They’ve got products to purchase to help with your journey. So yeah,...
