Pizza Como USA — Restaurant in Mahoning Township

Food is good and I really like this place but their system on how they move orders when its busy is horrible. I waited 50 min for 2 large cheese pie and 2 cheese slices but the only reason why I was waiting for soo long was because when someone ordered a large cheese pizza instead of putting it in order of the person that ordered the pizza they kept skipping me which it’s not cool that’s why I get them 1 star and I also had 2 little kids with me that were really hungry. What really bothered me was I was there way before people that ordered there food They’ll get their food in like 10 or 15 minutes Some people just got one large cheese pizza And I’m still there waiting for two large cheese pizzas just trying to finish their order instead of mine smh Like I said, love the food here But the service is horrible Horrible and I don’t like complaining about anything. I have to talk to the manager about that but hopefully he read this to try to find a better way to get people that order In the order they ordered in Instead of skipping people and making them...

Ok I can’t believe I have not left a review before on my FAVORITE pizza in ALL LEHIGHTON. But not only do they have the best pizza. They have the best thing ever THE NINO SPECIAL. Their service is amazing even on their busiest days. They might be quick with you on the phone but that’s because it’s ringing off the hook. And let me tell you ok everyone sells cream cheese poppers… but most places you get 5. Here you get I swear it’s like 12. Their delivery is as fast as possible! And it gets there still hot not like a few other places in town when you order delivery and it gets there warm.. their Stromboli is HUGE! And even if you go in to sit and eat it’s such a nice atmosphere. They have had an amazing business going for sooooooo many years! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK. 2 suggestions add a Bacon egg and cheese steak to the menu, and add old forge style fried pizza. You are on to trying new things with the deep dish which is awesome. Just ate there tonight and I'll never give them my business again. The server there was beyond ignorant and gave us attitude when we asked for the side of barbecue sauce we ordered with our French fries and pizza. She told me "there is an extra charge for that". I kindly told her it was paid upon my order. 15 minutes later after we finished the fries, she rudely proceeded to ask us "what we were waiting on?". I replied the pizza I ordered with my fries. She responded, "you're going to be waiting a long time. The pizza maker just came in." I walked out with put the pizza I paid for. It would have nice if i was notified That there was a wiat on the pizza. But that itself wasn't the real deal breaker here. It was the poor service by the woman serving us. I won't step foot in their doors again. It's a shame because they make the best pizza...
