Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Mahwah

Ordered from here numerous times and each time I think my order will not be wrong this time, but it always is. The food is decent although it is not very flavorful. Could be all the missing ingredients. How hard can it be? They leave stuff out every single time, even extras I pay for. They never give the sauces requested on the side either. What is the point of building your own and asking if you want this or that when you don't give it? Bone dry bowls that should have had sauce, same for the stack, no sauce inside.

Stuff is consistently missing, and its only a few ingredients being requested. Any burritos they make they never spread out the ingredients, so you pay for guac its either all at the bottom or all at the top or not even there. Some genius puts all the jalapenos at the top making it inedible then the rest of the burrito is tasteless. Total ripoff.

Thankfully, unlike a lot of other fast foods, this is very basic, inexpensive and easy food to make yourself and without using nasty soy oil Moe's uses. Tired of spending close to 80 each time and not getting what I am supposed to. Tips, fees, etc all for incompetence and theft. But, thanks for making me realize I could do this myself cheaper, healthier, tastier and not giving YOU anymore...

No, "welcome to moe's!" No one noticed me for a few minutes waiting to order. Guy assembling my food wasn't paying attention. Told me that I asked for onions when I asked for mushrooms. Same guy that almost put cheese on my order without me asking. I don't like getting Sarah asked when I'm ordering my lunch, regardless of who was right and who was wrong as the customer I get the courtesy. Oh and they were stingy with the chips they give you an a to go order. Broken chips on the floor in front of the salsa bar. And this was less than a half hour after the place opened. Yuck. Stick with other locations, or better...

Great food and Great catering service. We ordered a pretty large amount for my sons 1st birthday. They arrived right when requested and even brought all the necessary catering items that i honestly wasnt expecting. They dont list it on their site, but their catering comes with all the plates, utensils, napkins, warming trays and fuel! My only wish is that i could have earned rewards points for my order. But thats not a location issue, its Moes as a whole that needs to work on that. Al in all, everything went really smoothly and i'll defintiely recommend their catering...
