Coffee Spot — Restaurant in Maine Township

Terrible customer service!! The young lady (receipt says SUSAN) called me up was rude and before I can give my order she said rudely we are only doing hot or cold coffee. The guy that was at the other register turn and look like he new she had an attitude. Also, maybe that was just her call to serve hot/cold coffee and didn’t want to bother serving other options. I then ask for two pastry to warmed up and she said NO! Is allergen. Why sell pecan bars if you can warm up 🤨 I had it done before but clearly she didn’t want to explain or even do anything. When they're out of menu items and ingredients it would be most helpful if they could notify customers. Signage would be great. Can you imagine waiting twenty minutes just to learn, three different drinks are out and others may lack because of lack of ingredients. Worst part. They didn't offer that information, I had to order all the different items to realize they didn't have much on hand. I don't know if they're overworked or plain don't GAF.

Go with low hopes, imagine your neighbors kids wanted to make you Starbucks....

The best tiramisu I EVER had.

Cheesecake Factory’s is not even in the same league. Looking at the dessert alone, you would have thought I was at an ultra fine dining restaurant.

They served it in a petite chocolate tea cup. It was executed very well. The tea cup stayed together, it didn’t get messy. And the layers were so well done.

I was very impressed with “The Coffee Spot”.
