Flipt — Restaurant in Maine Township

Very disappointing. It's a burger place primarily with more expensive burgers ($14 for just the burger - no sides) than the burgers at their Wheelhouse restaurant. Typically these restaurants have very good burgers that are worth the price. But not in this case.

Medium rare wasn't an option, but we both chose pink and asked for as much pink as possible. Sadly, neither burger had any pink at all. They were way over cooked. The bun also fell apart for me, which made it annoying to eat. I opted not to finish the burger and instead eat the toppings and bun as a sandwich for some of my meal, since the burger was way too over cooked.

The onion rings were good, so if we ever have to eat there again, we'll avoid the burgers. Perhaps I'd get onion rings and a milkshake instead. I definitely don't recommend the burgers unless you want one that's over cooked.

It was also rivet for a restaurant where you order at the counter and don't have full wait service. They do bring your food out, but you're given a number, so it's more like a cafeteria vibe.

We shopped the whole day and we were in the road for a long while and just decided to stop in here for a quick bite. I was with my cousin who already went in this place and it was my first time. It was basically a burger spot that also have other different choices on their menu. We decided to just order their burgers and I let my cousin order for me. The place is a bit spacious and it has a nice ambiance inside and there were also a lot of people eating inside. Customer service is somehow great. The staff is friendly, helpful but our food takes long before it was served. Our burger both has a huge portion and the patty was huge including the other ingredients in it. The burger really looks good and it tastes good too. I was able to finish it after a few minutes because I was also famished that time and it is our first meal for that day. Food is pricy but decent usually.

Today 2/22/23 9:30pm I ordered a burger with garlic rosemary fries. It was slow in the restaurant area but fully staffed behind the counter.

My fries came out without the rosemary garlic like I ordered. I wasn't going to complain. I was just going to eat them. But once I took a bite the fries were hot but old. They sat on the warmer to long.

So I took the fries back up to let them know they forgot the garlic rosemary and to let them know they were stale on top of it. The manager or supervisor said sorry and was going to make me new fries. Next thing I know they were asking me for money to put the rosemary garlic on the fries I had already asked for. I was caught off guard and said I already asked for it. They didn't want to make it right. They gave me regular fries since I wouldn't pay for...
