I've dined here twice and every experience has been outstanding. The food is fresh and flavorful—made even better knowing that all their produce is locally sourced every morning.

Favorites from dinner included the crispy calamari, balsamic-glazed Ora King salmon, pan-seared branzino, signature fried chicken, and the US Wagyu flat iron. Desserts like the Basque cheesecake, banana cake, Citrus Pavlova and dark chocolate pot de crème were equally impressive. For lunch, the Slagel Farms Double Double Burger was juicy and satisfying.

Service is top-tier—Isaac was incredibly attentive, professional, and full of information. Manager Rohit made us feel genuinely welcomed and checked to make sure everything is to our liking.

We stumbled at this new restaurant in Rosemont for lunch. The ambience is friendly, lots of lighting very welcoming. I must tell you that their Food was amazing. From the presentation and well balanced flavors, you can tell that it was made from scratch. We had the Roasted Baby Carrots with the Avocado Puree, Orecchiette with broccolini, heirloom tomatoes, pesto, mushroom and capriole goat cheese and their Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich which was juicy and very tender. I travel frequently for work, and when I have to eat at a hotel—especially one near a convention center—it’s usually something I just tolerate. But wow! CIMA completely surprised me. I’m staying at the hotel so decided to go for dinner before a work event (knowing there wouldn’t be anything for me to eat there), and it was absolutely delicious!
