This place sucks! I've been through the drive through a handful of times since it's opened. Everytime, the service is subpar, and after a few months, I decide to give them another try, but I'm always disappointed. Today I went through the drive through around 6:30 pm and there wasn't even a rush when I got there. I ordered 2 Boston cream and 1 glazed, 1 French cruller, 1 small decaf, and 1 medium regular with cream on the side.
I pulled up to the window and the first thing this guy did was hand me the decaf which spilled all over my hand because the lid wasn't on right. It was clearly open on the sides. He saw that it spilled on my hand, and I didn't yell at him or anything. I just said "Can you make sure the lids are tight?" And he didn't even react. He didn't say sorry or anything. My hand is still burning hours later even after icing it a bunch. Then I had to ask for my cream on the side for the other coffee like 2 to 3 times because he didn’t hand any to me, and I also had to ask for napkins because there were none in the bag, and also when I got home I saw that they put 2 glazed and 1 Boston cream in the bag, which made it hard to deal with my 2 little nieces who love the chocolate icing on the Boston creams and started fighting eachother for the 1 donut I got when I asked for 2 multiple times. Also, the french cruller that I was excited to have was oddly oily, and tasted really weird. Then I went to write a review on their website, but I can't write one without the recipt, which I also didn't get, and I wasn't even asked if I wanted one or not.
So honestly this place sucks. Other dunkin donuts may have bad transactions here and there especially the newer ones because they focus so much on the appearance of the place that the customer service lacks severely and no one cares to make it better, but overtime they get better here and there. but somehow this one has failed 100 percent of the time I've been here. Read moreToday was my 3rd time coming to this Dunkin Donuts. It's super convenient because It's right down the street from work but all 3 times I have been very disappointed. The first time I unknowingly went through the Mobile Order Lane, and they let me sit there for some time without coming to the intercom. When I finally called out the tone they used when telling me I was in the wrong drive thru lane was very demining. They also neglected to properly put the lid on my coffee and as I grabbed it from the person at the window it spilled on my hand. There was no apology or offer to give me a new one. By this point I was extremely frustrated and just drove off. The second time they gave me the wrong order which I didn't realize until I got to work, and the coffee had grounds at the bottom. Today I had to correct them twice with my order. Once at the pay window and then again at window 2 when picking up my order and yes, the coffee had grounds at the bottom again. Needless to say, I will not be coming to this location again. I rather go a bit out of my route to a location where I know the staff is friendly and they will get my order correct. I will say they are quick with the drive thru but that is probably because they are not taking the time to listen to your order correctly, double check what they are giving you or taking the time to properly putting the lids on the coffee cups and not being sloppy when brewing the coffee.
UPDATE: I decided to give this Dunkin another try, and I was disappointed yet again. I received the wrong order and found a little extra in my coffee cup. Please see picture attached. I called and they did offer to replace it but after finding whatever that is in my cup, I don't think I want anything...

EVEN IF I WASNT A COSTUMER..A REGULAR EVERYDAY SOMETIMES 4 TIMES A DAY.. BUT THAT DOESNT MATTER UR CUPS DONT COST THAT MUCH THAT WATER DOESNT COST AS MUCH ..DO U EVEN HAVE TO PAY? U CHARGE ME FOR TAP WATER?!?!? Management should/have to find a solution n obtain the knowledge of how to solve such issues way before they escalate to a 1dollar drink without ice.....what if i was there as i was having a heat stroke like it happened to me last year ..i needed what asap almost died.. ur food is so dry if something happens to me or i die from choking ud be in biiiiig trouble. im saying is cover ur future losses by avoiding landing urself in one.. simple . i see how management reacts when i want whipped cream with my coffee ..did u kniw i tell them without a lid so i can cut ur costs?!?!? and pls ve lil nicer to ur staff they work so hard.. I see its a major spot for training other ppl .. but did you know your smoothies taste different then other locations . yes better....
