Popularity can be a little bit of a hindrance to an amazing, yet small deli. I got the pastrami on a Bialy with a little bit of mustard and it was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend. The rest of my family got various sandwiches and enjoyed them almost as much as I enjoyed mine. The real issue with this place is thereās nowhere to sit. Itās very small. Youāre just supposed to get your sandwich and go, but the process of taking orders and making sandwiches isnāt streamlined so it takes a little bit of time. The food is definitely worth the wait, but the line can get very long and I know a lot of people can get very angry about things like that so be aware if thereās a line out the door, you are going to be waiting a while. The price for the food was a little high, but...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWho doesn't want to try a delicious lox sandwich. Greenwood Deli has a great one. Came in to get some lunch and wasn't disappointed. They have a variety bagels here and bialys with type of deli sandwiches. I went for the Lox with plain cream cheese with all the toppings on a toasted onion bagel. It was really amazing. It also came with a pickle and choice of side. Went with potato salad, it was good too. One of the better lox sandwiches I have tried in the Chicagoland area for sure. They have 3-4 people working the counter so the line moves fast. Friendly service as well. They also have a designated parking spaces for customers here, but the parking lot is huge so no worries for parking here. No places to sit unfortunately. Definitely...

Inside it is pretty straightforward. No dining in, just two counters to order from. This place boasts NY style bagels and bialys, along with cold cut deli sandwiches. I got the pastrami sandwich and a jalapeño cheddar bagel. The sandwich was PACKED with pastrami! And it was tender and flavorful. The bagel definitely was NY style. Can't compare it to an actual bagel from NYC, but it comes very close. This is a wonderful, straightforward deli right outside of Chicago in Park Ridge. A definite must try gem if you are looking for a good...
