Walgreens came to the rescue today, when I needed TP!
However, while I can understand the atmosphere of our current condition with Covid, I do not appreciate a rude Walgreens Employee:
He told (and I can understand the reason, but no excuse for disrespect) me in a very rude tone to get behind the line. I don’t frequent this Walgreens. I’m not familiar with the layout, especially, with distancing lines.
Yes, I was over the line, but I was well over six feet from the customer in front of me. There is no reason for rudeness, when addressing, anyone, in whatever setting.
Part of diplomacy is showing restraint and reason, and handling situations with decency and dignity towards people outside yourself. I do not appreciate being treated with disrespect, especially by someone my Jr. I was raised to respect my elders.
I can only guess that this was some manager, as the kindly people who work behind all your counters, have Always treated me with respect and dignity.
Your counterside employees are exemplary, and pleasant, my thanks I give them...
Your dude, of a rude floorman (for lack of a better term) is roguish and has no concept of respectful tones to take with customers; I can appreciate his sticking to safety, but not overlook his disrespectful tone.
I am a Gentleman and I would not have treated him thus. Customer Service seems to have slipped today, this is no gentlemanly way to...
Read moreNot only does this location suck but as a former employee I have to rate a 1 star, wish I was lying, but employees are soo rude no respect no decency and very unprofessional. I was a cashier up front of the store. I was mistreated and treated like dirt, I felt targeted because of my race and at the time there was this employee who was in training to become a supervisor/manager. I forget her name but she was the worst, bullied me in front of all my co workers. I never returned and left that place and never looked back. I get were all trying to make a living, but nothing gives you any right to mistreat someone. Anyone!! I took my situation to corporate but I believe that bully still works there also they ganged up on me, another employee a Hispanic girl literally made me feel I was the one in the wrong. And even her nasty attitude ugh! It made me look at Walgreens in a different way and the way they handle situations like this is and their sociopath complex they both had!! So Thats beyond me...I'll go to any other location just not this one anymore. FYI-Managers if you read this, hire better people and don't tolerate any racism/ discrimination in the work place. Never! Should be an automatic termination imo. Instead you lost a very good employee. And will continue to....
Read moreThis Walgreens is not good. So many things locked up and the pharmacy is awful, with one of the rudest pharmacy technicians I have ever been forced to deal with. I was given the generic when I am supposed to have the brand because of side effects. I asked for the brand, and didn't realize the technician gave me generic instead until I got home. I called many times to get it fixed, the technician didn't do anything to fix the issue even though the pharmacy didn't listen to me when I requested the refill. They argued with me and the prescribing doctor, and the insurance company. The technician finally fixed the mistake they made but not before being completely awful to me on the phone. They literally hung up on me after they realized they COULD do exactly what I was telling them. They realized they were wrong, but still continued to be rude and unhelpful. They deserve to be miserable and fired.
TERRIBLE PATIENT SERVICE. I feel bad for any other patient that has to deal with them. They should be fired for being so awful about my medicine. I could have had a terrible reaction and they would have been awful anyway. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. It's terrible. There's also a huge line basically...
