Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maine Township

Went there for 2 years everyday for coffee and so many times they screwed up my coffee. I only drink medium hot or cold caramel macchiato. Every week at least once they’d screw up and not put the caramel in it. Today, for the first time in my life I experienced something.... I don’t even know how to name it but wow!!! So, I go there and as usual ask for my caramel macchiato and told the guy “ pls make sure u put the caramel in Bc yesterday you forgot”. The guy said “ oh sorry about that and of course”. Pulled forward to the window to pay and I see a balance of $4.34 and I said “ did prices went up?” The woman at the window said to me “ no u asked for a large” I said “ no I didn’t “ and she with a very bad attitude goes “ yes you did everyone here heard u said large!” I said “ no I didn’t, I never ask for large”. She kept arguing with me and yell at me how she refunded my $ and charge me for a medium but again with a very bad attitude and yelling. I’m like you know what? I’ll never come here again and I’ll make sure I’ll let everyone know on a review Bc this is not the first time you screw up my coffee, charging me for a caramel macchiato and just giving me a macchiato. Hi. I just went about 30 minutes ago. Ordered a bunch of things including a dozen donuts. The guy that helped me DID NOT have a mask on. I did not realize until the person I was with pointed it out to me afterwards. Thing is, he SNEEZED right beside our food. He also did not give me a receipt. So I just went to another dunkin and bought the same exact things, and threw out the food this Dunkin location gave me. Idk who the worker is, but he was not wearing a uniform and afterwards he walked out and started up some car with a bunch of other guys. I honestly don't care about him going out of the store. But I certainly did not appreciate him sneezing by our food and not wearing a mask knowing very well COVID-19 is no joke and asymptomatic people can definitely spread it. Now I'll be returning tomorrow morning in hopes of getting a recepit and a refund or something bc honestly this sucks. Making money is not easy and for me to waste it like that is unacceptable. I tried giving this location multiple tries because it's right around the corner. Either the donuts are stale or the coffee order is always wrong. I finally had it with this location after I ordered a medium cold brew with sweet cold foam. What I got was a regular iced coffee with plain creme...I was on my way to work when I took a sip and realized what I got wasn't what I paid for even though the label said it was a cold brew with sweet cold foam. I don't know if they think they can pass and sell iced coffee as cold brew but it's definitely not the same taste. Taste your coffee...
