Order to take to work and eat during lunch. Found out no turkey in it. Called the place 847-553-4666 numerously. Only to have it say invalid number.
Took issue to the store the next day, the same person encountered. She recognized the mistake. Asked for some type of credit or redemption. She gave turkey itself, since she stated it was missing. I said really. At least then a sub bread to go with it. The answered was āNoā. Didn't have time to argue and asked for management to confront. Had to go to work.

I work retail and dont need to be snapped at. I understand they were busy and everyone else working was super nice but her the cashier had no reason to get upset by a simple question. Truly very poor service on her part. I'll never go to that subway again. I'll go the the one that is connected to the shell station kinda across the street from the old meijer. Also I hope the new owners read this because if you want to survive with your business you shouldn't have people like that working for you. Hope she chokes...

Bored employees seem more interested in their mobile phones than making food for customers (which is the point of a sub shop?), and never mind coming in the evening.
