So I called&no one answers..so I went in&told the owner since he was the only 1 there what the issue was. He says it can only be done online(again, which doesn't work)&he refused to honor it because he wanted credit for the free coupon they give to you&told me to call Rosati's since it's them who want to do this he said. One of the Pizza's was completely pushed to the side, delivery was 20 minutes over the 45 minute wait time and they're super close to my house. Ordered on an off night, and to top it off it was cold. I ordered from here several times and this is our last. The managers response was oh I've seen much worse pizzas and we will not send you a replacement. Wasnt even asking for both to be replaced even though presentation on both were bad, cold and late and asked for one to be replaced.
