Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Maine Township

I tried to do an online order& they charged my card $46 3 times for the same order) the system online kept saying it was not going through so I called to make a new order without seeing my card was charged off already 3 times with no confirmation information! I let them know After my bank account statement read $135 for 3 of the same orders that they did indeed charge my card after checking my bank acct. The customer service rep still had the audacity to treat me like it was my fault they made three of the same exact orders plus the one I did over the phone!! WHY WOULD ANYONE GET THE SAME ORDER THREE TIME EVEN FOUR? I called as soon as I realized it and let them know in person. They "offer" you a birthday dessert but when you try to order it online, an error occurs&says to call the restaurant. So I called&no one answers..so I went in&told the owner since he was the only 1 there what the issue was. He says it can only be done online(again, which doesn't work)&he refused to honor it because he wanted credit for the free coupon they give to you&told me to call Rosati's since it's them who want to do this he said. Ummm..Rosati's doesn't have a customer service number so basically he was telling me "screw you". It was the smug way he answered me that made me tell him, you really lost a loyal customer over this. He replied "Yeah, so be it." So I hope this place shuts down&he goes out of business as there are plenty of other pizza places around who know how to run a business&treat...

Worst Rosati's location. Ordered thru Uber eats but via their new program where the restaurant delivers it and is responsible. One of the Pizza's was completely pushed to the side, delivery was 20 minutes over the 45 minute wait time and they're super close to my house. Ordered on an off night, and to top it off it was cold. I ordered from here several times and this is our last. The managers response was oh I've seen much worse pizzas and we will not send you a replacement. Wasnt even asking for both to be replaced even though presentation on both were bad, cold and late and asked for one to be replaced.
