The Grande Nachos Box is a complete meal for 5 bucks. It comes with lots of crispy, salty, and delicious nachos with your choice of seasoned beef or chicken (both are solid options) along with refried beans, salsa, spur cream, guacamole, and nacho cheese. As well as a medium soda. And of course I got a Baja blast easy ice. I only needed to eat less than half of this before I got surprisingly full. I went here very hungry so it came as a shock to see how quickly my hunger went away. Each topping was delicious and they all stood out. After adding fire sauce to this the flavors were married with this spicy burst of flavor that mixes so very well with all the ingredients especially the beans and guac and the salsa, none of which had much if at all seasoning. The fact that this item is very good and filling on its own without any sauce is amazing because these nachos are better than those that I have gotten from Mexican restaurants at the restaurant and take out. The biggest reason why these are better is because these nachos are layered so well with a ton of nachos and toppings for 5 dollars. Not to mention that if you need more then you can check the dollar menu that they offer since they have some gems on there for super cheap like their frtito burrito which when I had it the Fritos were nice and crunchy with a great burrito and it had a delicious seasoned rice, seasoned beef, and nacho cheese on a taosted tortilla. It was so very good and very surprisingly cheap for it's quality. If you combine those both it's 6 dollars. I seriously believe that Taco Bell has one of the best if not the best value menus with a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall I would give the box a 10/10 because this may be my new favorite thing from taco Bell. I think that you should get this Grande Nachos Box as soon...

Sylvia/Sylvana (I wouldn't be surprised if she gave me a fake name) was who took care of me at the drive thru. She gave me MAJOR attitude during drive Thru. I ordered three items. On the screen it only showed two so when she asked is there anything else I POLITELY said the third item. I still didn't see it on the screen so i kept repeating cause I wasn't sure if she heard me SINCE IT WASNT ON THE SCREEN. Instead of just letting me know she did punch it in and it's just somehow not showing up on the screen she kept giving me attitude repeating IS THAT ALL . I pulled up to window and she kept fidgeting purposely not opening up window. I saw her just standing there like she purposely wanted me to wait. I asked her , "can I get your name m'am" and she ignored me .

I had to keep asking her until she finally responded. I wouldn't be surprised if she gave me a fake name. But this was on Sunday April 10th at 10:20AM. So whoever the lady was working drive thru that day was SO rude. You can tell she hates her job clearly because she's reflecting it on a customer. She also PURPOSELY took long to take my card & give me my food.

This location is on my way to work and I've been coming here for YEARS. And today because of her I will never go back.

I see so many reviews complaining about the lady in the drive thru being super rude and I wouldn't be surprised if she's the same one who took care of me today yet she's still there. I'm not sure why they're keeping a rude worker who is upsetting so...

DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE STAFF AND MANAGER. We had a terrible experience at 9870 N Milwaukee Ave location with the staff and the manager (12/29/2022 at 7:30 PM). Family stopped by and decided to leave the location as soon as we saw staff which was rude to us previously. When we left in our car, the employee came chasing after us to our car, yelling and threatening that "IF YOU ARE GOING TO STEAL SAUCES DO NOT COME BACK NEXT TIME!" She was screaming like a crazy woman. I went back into the Taco Bell to inform them that we had not stolen sauces and that it was a misunderstanding, but the employee continued to scream. I told them to check the cameras but she continued to scream and yell that I "Stole taco bell sauces" with no proof, also who would even do such a thing. I emptied out all of my pockets and even offered for them to check my car, but the staff and manager continued to yell. The manager continued defending the employee and telling me that I must have stolen sauces, all while the employees in the back were swearing and showing their middle finger at me and my family. If Taco Bell Management is reading I want you to check the camera during the time provided to see the kind of workers you have running this location and take action regarding this incident.
