Smoke and Vape — Local services in Maine Township

Overall a decent store. Location is good and a decent place to wait while other things are being done, however for buying vape stuff (ie. mods, jucies, tanks), their selection is lacking. I went there and bought one of the few mods they had there, tad bit expensive but a overall good mod. I asked for the box and they do not have them, so I asked about potential returns, they don't do that as well. Management was not there and was very difficult for the girl to get a hold of. I did not see anywhere about the no returns or exchanges posted, that seems pretty important to know that all sales are final here. Overall, if they had more of a selection, allowed returns/exchanges or at least posted that all sales where final, I'd give a better rating. I'm not sure if I'll be coming back to the...

This is my second time going to the store. I am really new to vaping and I came here because its really close to my house. The first time the older gentleman was really nice , but the second time the service was terrible. I needed new coil because I thought mine was burnt and one of gentleman who took my service was being extremely rude to me. I am not sure if he was having a bad day or else wise. I asked him for flavor suggestions and he was just tossing me the flavor and I could tell he did not wanted to work there for that day. I tried to be polite as possible but yeah.... Maybe I was here at the wrong time?? I will not be back...

I got a vape mod from this store, it was misfiring, I didn’t go back right away because i was busy and have other vape mods, but then stopped working after 10 days, i went back to get help or exchange it. The sales person just said they couldn’t do anything with it. And go through the warranty process which is a pain to do. So i just went to a different vape shop and bought a new one.
