I am not Korean, but am widely versed in all East Asian cuisines. A few years ago, the Tribune did a story about how Korean Americans have moved out of "Koreatown" in Mayfair, to the suburbs of Park Ridge, Morton Grove, and Glendview, where, 50 years ago, I sprayed lawns for ChemLawn.
