Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Maize

This is the Pizza hut on Maize RD mentality. Forget something in the order like Marinara sauce and just give the customer a credit for Marinara sauce. Doesn't matter if they ruined the meal or wasted your gas or your time. Wow what a place. If you come from out of town your better off getting a frozen pizza and heating it up with a cigarette lighter. If you don't smoke lay it out in the sun. SERIOUSLY, they do not care if they made a mistake or not, even when your magnanimous about it. A ..69 cent credit would not even pay for gas let alone a ruined meal. So after they tried to buy me off(pacify). I told them if they would donate $100 to Ronald McDonald house in Kansas City for the children, I would forgive their lack of customer appreciation and would change this rating. I don't hold out hope however because they really don't care. Update 4/9/19. Told the manager I didn't want a credit, didn't want more bad food but they could make it up to me by donating a small amount of money $100 to Ronald Mcdonald house or WAAL(they save animals from crisis) and they declined. The pizza place was great to eat there it was clean friendly the man who served this was very excellent he's a student at Friends University and one thing I want to tell you the stores need to get garlic cheese bread and they did have it there at that location your other stores do not have it you guys need to bring it back to the stores please that's store Haddam they have garlic cheese sticks but they do not have garlic bread cheese bread and I got some I was so happy to see that and it came back with garlic cheese bread and I was so happy to see or just want to tell you it was a best spirits and more life over there we had large Supreme and half Hawaiian pizza it was it was God and it was very feeling and she had no diet dr. Pepper didn't have that but she had a dr. Pepper and I had iced tea I definitely will go eat there again at that location Pizza Hut it was in Maize Kansas it's a small one thanks again whoever I can't think of the name often waiter but he was very good...

My wife and I were not that impressed with this location. We ordered and we waited and waited and my wife and I began to ask ourselves, "How long does it take to make bread sticks and one pizza?" I get up and go check and our food is sitting on a pizza board in the window getting cold. There was literally nobody else in the restaurant but my wife and I. The manager comes out and I said, "Hey that is our order!" The manager with a fake smile says, "Yeah, your server will bring it out." I go back to the table and wait another five minutes and that same manager brings it out to our table seemingly put out. The food was cold. My wife and I will never return to this location. It is irritating that I spend $23 dollars and some change to eat cold food that was left in the window too long. Then the waitress finally comes over as if nothing is wrong to check on us. SMH! My burning question has been, what was the waitress doing all that time? She had no other tables....
