Sbarro — Restaurant in Wichita

I’m on the west side a lot so I occasionally eat here. For an instant pizza chain it’s edible in a pinch. I also like the strombolis as well so I ordered one today. I ate half of it and knew something was off. So I tore the other half apart and it was doughy. I said something to the lady working there and she said in her nasally voice. “Well I can’t put it in the warmer since you already ate some, what do you want me to do?” Well obviously I don’t want to recook it. A refund or replacement would have been nice. I can’t believe she hasn’t been trained in proper customer service and I will be filing...

Used Doordash to order a pizza for pickup at 4:05 PM. At 4:05 PM they hadn't even started it yet. At 4:35 PM went back in and they still hadn't started it and then claimed to have "misplaced the order ticket". Probably gave my pizza to someone else because lazy. This place JUST opened back up and is already hiring people who just don't care. If they're that lazy with being on top of an order I can only imagine the health department will shut it down again due to being lazy cleaning the place...

2nd visit: ☆☆ Food was meh, The girl working wasn't very nice. I couldn't get a slice of Supreme because they had the Meatlovers out instead. So stupid. Only way was if I got a whole pizza, which wasn't an option at the time. They also need a Supreme Stromboli, which I couldn't get, so I ended up with a dried out pepperoni instead. Very disappointed. Also disappointed that they don't have a location on the east...
