Billboard advertised price at drive through for iced coffee was not being implemented and clerks and manager, especially manager, were argumentative and would not physically go look. Three different people, including the manager, came to the window while trying to tell them about their advertised sale on the iced coffee, time wasted. They were not even aware of sale price advertised on large sign in drive through. Then acted like they were doing us a favor by charging the advertised sales price by saying, "well we will do it this time". Its not the 79¢ savings so much as the attitude and principle of the matter. It could have been cheerfully resolved and saved a lot of time and distress. We were treated as if we did something wrong and honestly , we were nice about it, why not? The crispy chicken sandwich was dry and I thought over priced for what it was. The iced coffee had a really good , smooth, gourmet flavor tho we weren't provided the sugar and creamers they asked if we needed when taking our order. We go there often when out 💨 ng our errands but will choose an alternative to avoid the attitude there. Sorry to say. And I'm really not trying to be overly critical while I'm making this survey two of the three people were lacking in their hygiene, unshaved facial hair and the other having scraggly, long hair under the cap. They were both young men and just did not look clean. Sorry to say. Maybe this will help you manage that store better. These surveys are for the businesses benefit and I usually don't bother to comment but this experience had multiple issues. It usually starts with the management and that was the case here. Moral is important beginning with corporate all the way down to the very bottom of team members. Value and appreciate your employees, support them, and your entire company system, stores etc will reflect it and be more successful with contented employees , in turn makes for happier customers who will be eager to be greeted by and look forward to seeing a cheerful person wait on them when they come...
Read moreI live a block away from this location and go here every morning for ice coffee and then probably 3-5 times a week for lunch for my kids or sometimes dinner. This store is ridiculously awful. They take forever and do not give you all your food half the time. Like just now. About 20 minutes ago. We waited in line at the drive through for 20 minutes to get home and find only half the food we purchased in our sack. We go back up there. The guy named Josh who we told was rude and unhelpful. He basically accused us of lying and trying to get free food. It was disgraceful. My sister finally started to get loud with him and he gave us our stuff I think to just get us out. We don’t have to steal or lie to get free food. We work. We have money. I’m really disappointed in this stores customer service. I’m disappointed in Josh. He’s a horrible person and employee. I’m going to write corporate about him too. I don’t appreciate being accused of stealing and lying to get a sandwich and chocolate milk I’d already paid for.
My second review. THIS MCDONALDS SUCKS!!! Each & every time we go through this drive threw we are disappointed when we get home. The manager Josh is absolutely not managing material. The whole McDonald’s crew here are preschoolers and act as such. I’m so tired of my order being completely a disaster every time!!!!! I’ve literally written corporate 3 times over this location. The whole store needs a complete tearing down and built back up. No good service, no good customer service, no good...
Read moreYesterday, August 25, 2016 at around 8:45 PM we went through the driveup window and purchased Two crispy chicken sandwitches and 2 diet cokes. Our sandwiches were stale and our drinks had a chemical taste not usually found in diet cokes, but this may be the city's water condition and not McDonald's fault. After paying for our food the young lady at the window handed back our change and dropped some of the coins between our car and the window on the pavement below. She did say sorry but ran to the interior of the restaurant to visit a co-worker. It happened so fast I had no time to say anything, so I figured it was only pennies and proceeded to the next window to pick up my food. This has happened to us at fast food restaurants before and probably is a normal happening at fast food restaurants, but, it was my coins she dropped and in the past I usually just say "thats ok forget it" and move on, or the workers insist on replacing the coins. My point is not the money, but her lack of concern for me or my money and can only wonder if this same thought process goes into making our food. I guess it kinda feels like she threw the money out the window and was saying get outta here...I know the Lilly's like to receive feedback and hopefully this will help this particular restaurant. Now all this said, we have had wonderful experiences at the Lilly's Gun Barrel City location and based on that I feel very good about the Malakoff location improving in the...
